First time getting a Brazilian wax and I’m happy I chose to schedule with Hello Sugar. Check in was easy, staff was friendly & Carlene did an amazing job! She made me so comfortable and talked me through the whole process. Will definitely be going back to see her in a few weeks.

This was my first time at Hello Sugar and it was a great experience. Checking in was simple, the waiting area was so comfy and clean, the staff is very welcoming. Alexis did a fantastic job! She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything clearly as she worked. She was so helpful when I was asking about the products they offer there. I didn’t feel obligated to purchase anything although I did! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Alexis!

I had an awesome experience with Erin! It was my very first time ever getting a brazilian wax done. I was so nervous about my appointment but as soon as I got there Erin greeted me with so much kindness and made me feel comfortable. The results are also amazing. I totally left Hello Sugar being a member 🙂 I highly recommend Hello Sugar in the Heights ❤️

I just had the best possible waxing experience ever w Jenai. I would even describe it as pleasant, and no I’m not a masochist, but it felt good to be taking care of myself as part of a beauty routine. Jenai was so reassuring, it was relaxing. I do not know how it was not painful. This wasn’t like my past experiences at European Wax Center, where I didn’t even realize anything went wrong, but this was just better. I even warned Jenai I was a screamer, but it never came to that. Overall, very clean facility, easy to book and pay, definitely 5/5 stars, and I will be back.

i had my first brazilian here with Tina and she was great! I modeled for a training session and they were very patient with me and my pain tolerance and i went home feeling great after! Def recommend

Erin made me feel very comfortable for the service I had done today. She also provided a lot of useful information for maintenance and aftercare. The place itself is cozy and welcoming with friendly staff. Will definitely go back!

The service was amazing. The person who did my wax was extremely gentle and genuine. She kept asking if I was ok. Even walked me through the steps of everything. Informed me of everything she was putting on. The vibes were great and relaxing. Definitely plan on getting a membership soon.
