The owner took the time to explain everything in detail, and I loved supporting a family-owned business. Shop local folks and support your small businesses! They were incredibly flexible with my schedule, which I appreciated since I’m not in Houston often. I was able to start treatment the same day, had multiple pain management options, and the technician was so sweet and gentle and checked on me throughout the process. This is my first tattoo removal experience, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better. 10/10 so far. Pro tip: if you find them on Groupon, book the free consult first, they’ll help you choose the best option for your goals. Added bonus: One of the Owners voice sounds (at least to me) like the voice from ChatGBT and was super gracious when I demonstrated the comparison 😂

Perfect. They have a very clean office and the prices are VERY reasonable. They have an MD on staff which is very important. I had a great experience with Ms. Irene. Awesome staff. I went with the full tattoo removal plan. Donna is amazing. Highly professional and courteous. Love the customer service and quality care. I’ve been coming here for the past two years. Never felt rushed or like I was bothering them. They were patient and attentive. Love this place. Very competively priced too. Definitely beats Removery. I went to INKFREE MD a few years ago to get the tails of my brows removed so I could achieve a straighter brow look, and I had such a great experience that I came back again when I decided I wanted my tattoo brows fully removed. It only took four sessions, and Donna did an amazing job throughout the entire process. She always made sure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly. The clinic is always spotless, the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and you really get a bang for your buck with the Pico plus laser treatment. I recommend this place to anyone looking for permanent makeup removal or tattoo removal. They truly know what they’re doing!

Nice facility inside, never a long wait. The staff here are very professional. Parking is free although it's was difficult locating he business from the street. The restroom was clean. The office plays nice music while you wait. They offer shape sculptingwhere they heat the fat instead of fat freezing which freezes it. They offer great rates as well. Look on their website for more information. This business is located in somewhat a shopping center. There are other bus I eases around and a daycare just across it.

I have moved states 3 times since starting laser treatment on my tattoos and I still make the trip to see Irene and Donna because they do such a great job. They make every single one of my treatments fun and fast. My tattoos have faded so nicely since I started seeing them and they even have other services that can address problems with scarring and hypopigmentation. I recommend them to everyone. FIVE STARS

I went here to have a skin tag removed and once there decided to have a mole removed as well.The clinic is bright, clean and well organized. Better than any medical office I have been to. Dr. Okeke was very kind and professional. Irene was amazing! She was personable, kind and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I live near Humble and will gladly make the drive to try more services with them in the future! Highly recommend!
