I wasn’t really certain what to expect when I went to Best Body LV. Shirley explained the process which included a mixture of heat and cold applied to your fat area. This in turn attacks and destroys your fat cells. I have had three treatments this far, and I do notice a difference in my belly. Additionally, their process can also help to alleviate pain. I mentioned that I was battling sciatica, and was going to physical therapy. Shirley and her assistant, Raquel, applied the process to my lower back/hip area, and my pain was significantly reduced so much, that I have stopped my PT sessions! Best Body LV has a lot to offer, and I fully recommend it.
