First time visiting this salon, I came in for a haircut. Setting up the appointment was fast and painless. I had my service done By Oniel, and I cannot recommend him enough!! I looove my haircut, I have never been so pleased with a haircut before 🥹🥹 He listened and asked questions to work out more or less what I wanted. Because I didn’t have a clue what kind of haircut I was wanting. So nice, definitely my best experience at a salon. Thank you oniel !

Been here a few times now. The last few pedicures I got were not good. Nail polish was not applied properly, uneven nails and I feel like they barely trim the toe nails. I almost wondered if the people had been trained professionally. This place is large and convenient but the quality is lacking.

Book an appointment 3hrs in advance. No one called to confirm the appointment after clearly stated that would be their process. Took a Lyft here for my 1030am appointment arrived 15mins early. Did not want to have to pay cancel fee for not showing up. Doors were open so we went in sat and waited. We yelled out to see if anyone would come out from the back to help. No one come until a lady pulled up walked in asked if we had an appointment went to the back and then told someone we had been waiting. Then walked out Yvette who said yes we saw that you were here but we where to busy in the back doing pay roll. Head Scratcher for me I guess because I’m a paying customer I am payroll! Then said our esthetician Jamie was sick and canceled. The lack of communication can cause the worst experience and I’m out of a$25 Lyft charge thanks for nothing ladies! Never Recommended!!! Can you send me $25 for canceling on me? You would of charged me for canceling!
