I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but after spending over $1,500 across two visits, I feel it’s important to share my experience. From the consultation, the environment felt very sales-driven. The focus on memberships and add-ons overshadowed what should have been a clear discussion about goals and expectations. I moved forward anyway. At my first appointment, I was encouraged to purchase aftercare products. Once home, I discovered one was defective. I contacted the office via their preferred method (text) and was told a replacement would be shipped by their distributor within 5–10 days. For a time-sensitive aftercare product, that is not an appropriate resolution. No immediate replacement or proactive refund was offered, and communication required multiple follow-ups — including outreach through social media just to clarify who I was speaking with. Despite this, I returned for a February lip filler promotion advertised as $100 off the original $399 price (which would suggest a total of $299). While numbing, I was asked whether I wanted a “mini” or “full syringe.” As a first-time lip filler client, the pricing differences and product quantities were not clearly explained in a way that allowed for fully informed consent. I later realized I had paid $100 more than the advertised promotional price for half of the intended product. During that same visit, I tipped, purchased another product (despite the prior defective one), and added approximately $400 in additional services. When I later raised concerns about the promotional pricing and lack of clarity, I was told over the phone, “We’re sales people.” That statement ultimately reflects the overall experience. The interactions felt transactional rather than client-focused. Transparency around pricing, promotions, and product policies was lacking. Most importantly, the results did not justify the financial investment. For the amount spent, the services were not worth it. I strongly encourage prospective clients to request detailed written pricing, confirm exact product amounts before consenting to treatment, and clarify promotional terms in advance. Based on my experience, I would not return.
