When NO other Doctors could figure out how to help cure my illness, or even diagnose it correctly, Dr. Candace Span did. She knew what tests to order and how to treat with success what my condition was and is. She saved me on many levels. She continues to provide me and my family the best care and cures ever. She diagnosed 100% accurately, Dr. (Candace Spann )and 100% knew what I have and how to cure and help me The staff at and other Drs and nurses are excellent at caring for patients . I and my family are most grateful ,! I feel like I have been given another chance at enjoying life once again. Dr Spann and her Staff are very caring, Kind and professional. Brilliant and The BEST! You may have to wait a bit to get into see her but Sge and her other Drs are worth the wait and truly are the best !

I love Candace! Her team is friendly, helpful, and professional, from the front desk, to the medical assistants! The office is clean and well organized, and the waiting room is very stylish and comfortable!

Pauline was not available, so I visited with Kate. She was professional and thorough. Unfortunately, I failed to ask her what and how I treat the items she pointed out, nor did she mention. So I emailed the questions and am waiting on the response. The only negative was the assistant. She was quite stand offest. When she called me by my legal name, I asked her to call me Joe. Her response was, “That’s for the girls out front, not me. Stay here and we will be with you shortly.” I think I’ll stick with Pauline. Both her and her assistants are great.

I just want to say the expierience I had was wonderful with all the folks that took care of me. Doctor Marvin Spann was super kind courteous and funny. I was scared to death and for a senior Woman his kindness meant the world to me. All the people that are involved in Breast Cancer surgery are so kind and awesome making you feel comfortable. The best outcome of reconstruction was beyond what I expected and way better than I imagined. No one has noticed much unless I tell them. I’ve learned to tell Al the females to do their due diligence. All I can say is Thank you Doctor Marvin Spann for the hope I will cherish forever. God Bless

My story is a cautionary tale for any woman who has had breast augmentation in the past twenty years. LIke most ladies, I schedule my mammogram annually. Last year was no different and I was confident my mammogram findings would reflect "dense tissue" just like my previous mammograms had shown; however, I was wrong! My results reflected "potential rupture of implants---recommend evaluation with Plastic Surgeon". My first reaction was shock because I thought my breasts were fine. My breast augmentation had taken place 47 years ago and at that time, doctors didn't know that replacement was necessary after a period of time due to age and potential breakage of the implants. After my initial shock, fear set in as I pictured silicone running through my body and becoming ill because of it. After consulting with my primary doctor, I contacted Dr. Spann at Couture Medical. My husband had been diagosed with basal cell carcinoma a year prior and I was impressed at that time with the professionalism and kindness demonstrated by the entire team. More importantly, the expertise by Dr. Spann convinced me that he would be just as meticulous during my surgery. I could go on and on about the quality of the pre-care, consistent communication and empathy bestowed by Helen and the extraordinary Medical Assistants, but I would be remiss if I didn't focus on the amazing after-care that Couture provides. When I became a patient of Couture, it didn't take long for me to feel like part of the family. Dr. Spann's demeanor immediately put me at ease as I had a palpable fear about going under anesthesia. He is knowledgeable, understanding, and as I have told him face to face, he is a great listener and really pays attention to a patient's desires. For any woman reading this review, I think this quality in a doctor is crucial, particularly in the cosmetic surgery field. My personal experience with removal and replacement of my implants could not have gone any smoother. Dr. Spann took the time to explain why it was necessary to have the implants removed, and as it turned out, my implants had, in fact, leaked and, as a result, one breast was substantially smaller than the other due to the leakage. By the time my surgery date arrived, I was totally relaxed and confident that Dr. Spann would take good care of me. Fortunately I was correct in my thinking and would strongly recommend Couture and Dr. Spann for any cosmetic surgery needed. My only regret is that I should have had an MRI and consultation at least 25 years sooner which brings me as to why I wrote this review. It is my hope to bring awareness to more women like Myself whose implants are in need of replacement because of age and/or potential leakage.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff at couture plastic surgery.. my surgeon was doctor Marvin Spann. I went there for a procedure labioplasty ..and mon's lyft. Everything was perfect, including my pre up appointments and my surgery. Date with follow ups included.. Highly recommend doctor Spann, he explained the procedure and went over every detail .. I felt very comfortable .. I am so appreciative and thankful !! I highly recommend their office.. Very beautiful decor and clean A very relaxed and stress free environment.. The staff was very professional. ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

I just completed a Nouvaderm treatment with Dr Candace Spann, and already can see the results will be amazing. She is a complete artist as well as a doctor! Her skill in using just the right amount of laser means I can go out and about right away with no down time. The measures taken to keep me comfortable were perfect-numbing cream and pronox means no pain for the treatment. Five stars is not enough! Thank you, Couture and Dr Spann!

I absolutely LOVE going to my appointments! The staff is amazing, helpful and attentive. They always make sure I have everything I need. My doctor, (Dr. Candace Spann) is phenomenal! She listens to EVERY concern I have and always has a solution for me. She is thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. She treats me with kindness at every appointment and I always leave feeling happy and cared for. BEST. PRACTICE/BUSINESS. EVER!!

Very positive experience! From the front desk to the exam rooms and doctors. They are very timely getting me in for my appointment each time. Special shout out to the following: Dr. Mitchell. He removed a skin cancer on my neck and did an awesome job sewing me up. He is very caring and friendly. Also, Asheya and Alexis were very helpful in helping Dr. Lyon. Dr. Kate Pham is very thorough, kind and funny in checking for skin cancers. She also preformed the initial biopsy. She did a great job! I highly recommend the entire staff for any Dermatology or plastic surgery.

If it weren't for the fact that the copay is so expensive, I'd give them 5 stars. Dr. Kate is so thorough in explaining everything and diving deep into the root cause of something. Even after just 1 appointment I am already so thankful for being referred here by my primary doctor.
