Avoid at all costs! Lousy reception, had me go into the injection room and wait for 2+ hours. They didn’t let my husband in and my phone was dead so I had to look at ceiling for all that time. When the injector came she didn’t even apologize for the delay. She looked like she had some extremely bad work done on her face, it was so bad she didn’t even look like a human being. That because she wasn’t and it showed on the inside too. She took literally 10 min to do the filler and Botox, disregarding what I had to say and what I wanted. Never went back there ever after that. Many months after I had to depend on their bad service again because my surgeon wanted a history of all fillers I had in the past year. I asked for the records and they needed a bunch of information that none of the clinics I went to needed. I took my time and gave them all the information, then they send me an email saying I had to pay for the pages of the records and I had to way 7 business days to get the records. My Dr. told me to collect the records today, so that I could have the records tomorrow. Because of course, any decent clinic would send the records today (which they did). Now I’m gonna have to delay my visit and my surgery because of this clinic. I am a busy person and had a very specific date in mind my surgery and this clinic is complicating my life. What they’re doing is unlawful. You can’t just make up your own laws like that. I wish I had never set foot on this clinic. I hated it from the very first 10 seconds I entered the place, from the setup of the clinic to the reception and their stupid policies, to the rude, careless injector who obviously had no idea of proportion and you could tell that by looking at her face. Now I find out that they’re the only clinic in Vegas that makes such a huge deal of sending my records and that makes you pay for it too. Worst experience I have ever had with a clinic in my whole life. No work ethics whatsoever 🤮
