Crystal was amazing!!! It was my first time getting a facial and she made me comfortable throughout the entire process. She treated me based off my goals and was able to thoroughly answer any questions/concerns that I had prior to treatment. After the 90 min facial with dermal planing and blue light, I left with “glass” looking skin! For the location itself, it is located inside the Greenland Supermarket Plaza. Perfect for both an errand run and a little self-care! Highlights: Crystal, clean, professional, friendly staff, snacks, soft beds

Made an appointment for the next day for botox. I expressed my concerns and did exactly what I wanted within my budget. Highly recommended

I love going here and seeing Ming for my facial! She does it so good that the moment I hit that bed i for sure will be snoring right away. 😊 I always leave feeling refreshed and my face looks so relaxed moisturized and lifted after every session. Miss Kim and Miss Janice always takes good care of me when I come, always super nice and always smiling. I like it here a lot that I have referred my family members to come here as well. They offer a lot of services that I am looking forward to try soon. 😊 Try it you will love it here. 😊

My skin has been acting up lately, but ever since I got a basic facial with Crystal it’s been so good!! I could tell she’s really passionate and knowledgeable about skincare and made sure to address all of my concerns. Definitely coming back to see her so I can try more services!!

I went for the first time to this spa for a facial. I have been getting facials for years but never to a Korean place. But this was not relaxing at all. Ming was banging cabinet doors shut, going through plastic bags, making a lot of noise. Facials are supposed to be relaxing and every other place I have been they make it effort to not make a lot of noise. This was not the case here. Everytime she grabbed a hot washcloth from the warmer the door would slam. She didn't even make an effort to shut quietly. She left the room while I had a mask on which was covering my eyes and left the door open. That made me extremely uncomfortable. I don't like that they don't change the sheets in between customer. They use like this flimsy piece of something to cover the sheet. I asked for extractions from the manager because I had a milia on my cheek. Manager said she would tell Ming. Ming left the washcloth on my face and did like 1 minute of extractions with a vibrating tool. Didn't even get the milia out. I definitely will not be back.

I had microneedling wth exosomes done for my acne scars. Honestly I was a bundle of nerves as it was my first time at the med spa and also my first doing microneedling. It blew my expectations as the whole session was so relaxing, I feel no pain when the numbing cream took effect and my face responded well to the treatment (not red at all) after a cooling ice device was applied. The staff there are so reassuring and pleasant. Just glad I took the plunge and decide to try them out.

I recently had a fantastic skincare treatment with Julie, and I just have to share how incredible she is. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease with her warm and friendly vibe. Julie really knows her stuff and tailored the session to meet my skin's needs perfectly. I left with my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. Plus, Julie gave me some great tips for maintaining healthy skin at home. If you're looking for a skin expert who genuinely cares, I highly recommend checking out Julie. They are so knowledgeable and kind, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for from start to finish. It’s clear they really love what they do and take pride in their work. Decided to check out Hollywood Wellness Med Spa as I walked by the storefront. I was immediately welcomed by Janice at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and friendly when explaining the various treatments that could help me with my skin concerns. Ultimately, I decided to set up an appointment for microneedling. HJ is the aesthetician, and she is wonderful! Very kind, informative, gentle, and thorough. The process didn’t hurt at all. I almost fell asleep during the treatment because I was so relaxed! I have 2 more session scheduled, and I’m so excited to see the final results! :) Also, there is a wide range of medical grade Korean skincare products that can be purchased in the reception area. So far, I’m loving the moisturizer and sunscreen. Will definitely have to purchase more. Very happy with my experience and the quality of care of Hollywood Wellness Med Spa so far!
