I've had 3 procedures done including the last. This time I dug deep for research. 2x the prp and 2x the purity. I.e. double the blood draw. Very meticulous compared to others. Here's the kicker...not just 2x the quality but at the best price in town. I won't go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough about this place! Tom is incredibly talented! With other injectors I have had to go back for touch-ups, this is not the case with Tom. He listens to your needs and wants, he is honest, educational and extremely good at what he does! I have sent many family and friends there and I will continue to recommend him!

This is a response to the ridiculous essay-long 1 star review by Areej Salim. This reviewer seems very disingenuous and deliberate with intent to harm this small business. If this reviewers feedback is truly valid, she needs to explain why she kept going back to this business 3 or 4 times after each time stating she found other businesses whose delivery was of higher quality and more thorough procedures. It would appear to me she has never found a better or more qualified Aesthetics business otherwise she would not have continued to return to Las Vegas Aesthetics. This reviewer is simply trying to post reviews to elevate her status with Google and sadly will always be an insatiable client with any procedure from any business. I hope Google reads this review and reconsiders eliminating this post from this disingenuous reviewer and all others from her. I am a long-time client at Las Vegas Aesthetics and have referred many others to Tommy due his high-quality skills and through service. No one writes book long reviews unless they are professional critics. Good grief!

I recently received several treatments at this medical spa, including lip fillers, Dysport and PRP, and I am truly impressed with the level of care and expertise provided by Thomas Pulice. As a 45-year-old, I had started noticing signs of aging and some dullness in my skin. After my treatments, my skin looks refreshed, radiant, and more youthful than it has in years. I’m receiving compliments now on how great my skin looks — something I never even heard in my 20s! Thomas is incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about achieving natural, beautiful results. I’m so grateful for his work and highly recommend him to anyone looking to restore their glow and feel confident again.

I’ve been getting injectables for years, and no one has ever delivered results like Thomas at Las Vegas Aesthetics. I came in for a consult for fillers thinking I might need a mid-face lift. Instead, Thomas suggested a combo of Sculptra, Restylane, and Dysport. I’m not exaggerating when I say that within 45 minutes, I had the same face I had 10 years ago. Not puffed. Not frozen. Just returned to myself. Thomas is funny, precise, a total wizard, and clearly working on a level most injectors aren’t even aware exists. If you want someone who actually understands facial movement, symmetry, light, and restraint, this is your man. I can't thank Las Vegas Aesthetics enough, I'm so grateful for my glow-up!

I came for a consultation and unfortunately did not have a good experience. When I said the price was higher than I expected, the doctor became dismissive and started commenting on my lips even though I didn’t ask about them. The interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also asked the front desk to remove my credit card from the system and was told it would be done later, which I was not comfortable with. I ended up asking them to remove it immediately and leaving. I hope they improve how they treat patients during consultations.
