Dr. Troell is Stanford CA educated and continues to research and provide information to his colleagues in the field to further the profession. I spent about a year looking around to decide who I wanted to trust with my care, and I wasn't all that impressed with anyone other than Dr. T. Starting with my free consultation which nowadays is unheard of without a fee. He and his staff were friendly, non judgemental and inviting !! I have high anxiety regarding all medical procedures, even dental so the doctor made sure I was able to be comfortable during my procedures without PAIN or stress. Didn't feel rushed, during all my visits. I had a CO2 Laser treatment 10 years ago in WA and was very disappointed because I didn't peel and noticed a few results but not significant. I waited longer than I should have to redo treatment so my skin damage was greater at this juncture. I noticed a big improvement in my skin texture, wrinkle reduction, brown spot removal (which isn't guaranteed with laser), AND I peeled - AWESOME. Dr. Troell informed me the depth of the laser treatment determines if peeling will occur. I am very pleased with the Cost of the treatment and results. The greatest part about all of this is I actually enjoyed the treatment, it felt tingly and I liked it !! NO PAIN. The aftercare regime is simple and I continue to use the recommended products today months after laser. Vegas is an extremely dry environment and is terrible for skin and overall health so without a twice daily practice of moisturizer my skin is too dry. I am so glad I found Dr. T, I like his personality and bedside manner. He called to check on me after all treatments and truly cares about his patients experience and well being. The staff, especially Amy at the front desk who is the best front of the house rep possible.

You’re welcomed in for an in depth complimentary consultation where you’ll meet Mr. Troell himself and Yessenia who absolutely elevates your experience. Everyone here is attentive, understanding, and supportive. I came in with a lot of anxiety from touring other places prior that left me uneasy and anxious, Dr is great at walking you through the procedure while Yessenia is encouraging and is like a bestfriend to you throughout your whole journey! My surgery, i consider myself one of the luckiest in healing ever! With the support from the staff and Dr. Troells expertise, i was blessed to see the best recovery ever, i was able to do normal activities safely on day 2! A week later i was in LOVE with the results after my cast removal. I’m beyond blessed for this team and how they take care of me!

My cosmetic results of both my face and body at Beauty by Design by Dr Troell have been amazing. He is very detailed and performed a detailed initial examination with me. He reviewed my concerns and we jointly decided upon the goals of treatment. I was able to call him with any concerns during the entire process. I am in my mid-50’s and my face with treated with Dysport for wrinkles, Bellafill for some enhancement of volume and Microneedling RF for skin tightening and resurfacing using the best ski product I have ever tried, Elevai exosomes. Everyone cannot believe my age and with only noninvasive treatments was accomplished with minimal risk. Dr Troell also perform body VASER liposuction with some gluteal sculpting and hip fat grafting to produce a wonderful appearance with both a bikini and tight-fitting dress. Went to Dr Troell a couple times and was Not satisfied with his arrogance or work. Will never go back. Have found another Doctor that is very good and no arrogance.

My first visit there was wonderful. I got the results I expected and paid the price.I was quoted. My second visit, once in the room, I was told that we were going to be using a new product, she said it was great and kicked in withine 2 days. I trusted what she said, and she used the new product. Upon checkout, I was charged a hundred and twenty dollars more than my previous visit. Although i was told we were using new product, there was no mention made of it being a hundred and twenty dollars more. When I reached out about it, I was given excuses. Although an apology was given, she was applolgizing for me being disappointed and not for her lack of disclosure. She offered some free filler for my "troubles" via text and i thanked her for the offer. The new product she used was supposed to kick in within two days, after six days, I sent pictures in showing that I had had zero improvement. She scheduled the follow up with me. She recommended using botox which I had disclosed at the previous appointment did not work for me and only lasted 2 to 3 weeks. When I reminded her of this, she said she had to go get something else. When she came back, she said they didn't have what they had used on me previously, but that they could use something else, although she would have to charge me. She also took new pictures and did a side by side. Making the new picture larger than the old picture and trying to convince me that there were more lines prior to treatment and saying I had a 40% improvement. I did not. I also mentioned to her that I had done some research and read that the product she had used on me. One thing I had read was that this product was working best on millennials. She told me that wasn't true... She didn't ask where I got the information, she simply discounted, my research. I was interupred multiple times and had to ask her to please let me finish speaking. I felt very uncomfortable and dissapointed. I told her i wanted my money back. She blamed the doctor for being inflexible. I left.
