I did my first of 3 sessions of IPL with Danielle and had a great experience. I know it’ll take a few sessions to see full results but I’m happy with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff so far!

I got a pumpkin facial with microdermabrasion. I purchased this off Groupon. The lady did not wear gloves. She also put these small eye googles on me. I don’t think she cleans them. I woke up with crust in both my eyes . Around my eyes were also red and I hope I don’t have an infection

Love the people, the IPL sucks. Trying the microderm. I had IPL before many moons ago and in 1 treatment spots fell off like a simple scab. Nothing this time. They say you have to do 3 tx which is BS, that's a $$$ grab. Groupon Galore.

I just wanted to say I was pretty frustrated with the way my appointment situation was handled. My appointment was booked for 11:30 AM, but then I was told I needed to show up at 11:00 AM. When I tried to explain my concerns, Sharon completely dismissed them and never really tried to help or offer any kind of solution. It honestly felt like there was a lack of customer service skills and basic understanding of how to make clients feel heard. I also purchased a Groupon specifically to try your services out. I know some businesses may not take Groupon clients seriously, but I’m actually a very loyal customer when I find places I like, and I spend a significant amount monthly on skincare and treatments. Honestly, I feel like you guys missed out on what could have been a great long-term client because of how this situation was handled. I also bring tons of my girls to the same clinics. I won’t be doing that here. I understand policies and timing, but the way situations are handled matters too, and this interaction left a really bad impression. Sharon, you have a lot to learn about customer service. A few texts messages without any care, professionalism or attention can cost a lot to your business.

I just happened upon Liv beauty a year ago. The staff is outstanding. I’ve had injections and filler for about five years now and my injections and fillers last far longer than the plastic surgeons office that I used to go to. They fixed some damage that was done to my lips and I look perfect. I will go nowhere else. Michelle is the kindest person with a wealth of knowledge!

These people are stupid. I booked two appointments back to back. One for my husband and one for myself. 11:30 and 12pm. He came in at 11:30 but apparently they had my name for that appointment. Rather than ask, they just canceled me so when I came in to do mine at 12 PM, I could not. Even though I was sitting outside in the car and we were on time. A waste of 30 minute drive one way. Update- Danielle stepped in and fixed the issue. Thank you Danielle. My husband is raving that you’re the best IPL provider.
