I had a really unique experience with Dr. Hea for neck and shoulder treatment. What stood out to me was how she blends aesthetic care with pain management, instead of treating them separately. She took time to really focus on my specific problematic areas rather than doing a generic treatment, and the approach felt very customized to what my body actually needed. The experience felt both therapeutic and aesthetic at the same time, which I haven’t really experienced elsewhere. If you carry a lot of tension in your neck and shoulders and also care about overall appearance and posture, I think Dr. Hea offers a very different perspective compared to a typical med spa experience.

I have had professional facials done before but I never experienced anything like this. I genuinely see a difference in my skin in just one treatment! I will absolutely be back and highly recommend trying a treatment here.
