I’ve been seeing **Dr. Walter at BMB Skin Care Clinic** for over 10 years, and I can confidently say he is the best in Los Angeles. I actually drive an hour just to see him—he’s that good. His Botox work is consistently natural, precise, and long-lasting, and he’s always honest about pricing and dosages. There’s never any upselling, just genuine care and transparency. My kids have also seen him for acne facials, and their skin improved tremendously. On top of that, Dr. Walter always takes the time to advise me on vitamins and supplements that support healthy aging, which I really appreciate. The clinic is conveniently located inside the California Market, which makes every visit even better—after my appointment I always grab some Korean food, especially from the famous kimbap spot downstairs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and talented doctor, I can’t recommend Dr. Walter enough. Truly a 5-star experience every time!

The lady who manages the front desk and phone is very rude and unprofessional. She says things that are untrue and then says the opposite when called out. I have never had such a hard time trying to make an appointment to see the doctor. Would definitely go elsewhere, as it is not worth the rudeness and hassle of the woman at the front. She is truly the reason I will not be coming back and definitely cannot recommend this place to anyone as long as she works there. Feels like they are deleting negative reviews because there is no way this place can be so highly rated with one of the worst customer services experiences I have had in my life.

I have had two visits to BMB clinic! I found this clinic through google because it had great reviews. The staff here were very kind to me and my sister. I have been offered many products to treat my acne and they have been working very well! This was the only clinic in Koreatown that will sit down with you and talk about how to treat your acne very thoroughly from eating a healthier diet to how to wash your face correctly. Great clinic, highly recommend!

Dr. Kim is very professional and trustworthy. I came in for a skin inflammation issue, and even though we talked about Botox, he honestly suggested focusing on treating the inflammation first. It’s not easy to find a doctor who puts patients first, and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend this clinic.

Found this place on Thermage official website as authorized service provider and did my first Thermage FLX treatment today! Great deal at this location. Dr Kim is very skilled and calm, has made this supposedly painful treatment fairly comfortable and easy for a first-timer. The comfort and pain level is so much better compared to micro-needling and Ultherapy I’ve done before. My skin immediately felt lifted and plumped afterwards. Doctor also extracted my pimple free of charge. I felt well taken care of here. I also did the Botox on my frown lines, good price! I will definitely come back for more treatments in the future! After the treatment, the clinic gave some sheet gel masks to keep my skin cool and hydrated, and some cleansing pads for gentle cleansing.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff and doctor are kind. I had about 25 skin tags removed, possibly more. I didn't request numbing initially, but the doctor asked if I preferred to be numbed and wait 30 minutes, and I chose to proceed without it. It was a little painful, like a pinch, but manageable. My skin is healing now, and overall, I had a great experience. I will definitely return to try their other services. Price varies depending on how big and how many skin tags. I paid $280. I had a lot of little ones.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much at first, but I found out this clinic is one of the few in LA where the doctor personally treats you (which is so rare) so I decided to give it a try and got Botox on my first visit. Of course, Botox results can be similar across places, but what really stood out was how incredibly thorough and kind Dr. Walter Kim was. He took the time to explain everything carefully and genuinely thought about what would be best for me. I also ended up getting a few skin treatments, and I’m not exaggerating! Within just two days, my skin became noticeably smoother and clearer. I have absolutely no regrets, and I even want to recommend him to my family and friends. It honestly feels like I discovered a hidden gem, and just writing this doesn’t feel like enough to express how grateful I am. Thank you so much, Dr. Walter Kim!! Even back in Korea, I visited a lot of dermatologists, but I have never met a doctor this meticulous and kind. Truly the best!
