🎀Victoria is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel truly comfortable throughout the entire experience. I initially booked a Myers Cocktail, but after discussing some personal matters I’ve been facing, she thoughtfully recommended the VIP 500 mg pure vitamin infusion, which focuses on kidney and liver detox and also includes a vitamin D shot. The energy from the treatment felt clean and uplifting. I will definitely return—not only for this type of therapy but also to explore other cosmetic procedures they offer. I went in for a maintenance facial and had the best time with Jasmine! She recommended Hydra Facial which I’ve had a handful of times in the past but they offer an express version that really allows you to get in and out quickly with clean and happy skin. Definitely will do this service again!

Got an meyer’s cocktail IV before traveling because I always get sick when traveling. Taylor was incredible at inserting my IV with comfort and ease the first try. I am a very hard stick, having deep small veins. Other staff members came to check on me during my infusion. Environment was very comfortable and welcoming. Thank you Taylor for the painless IV!

Went for Cortisol Facial for my acne. I hate my pimples and am always too shy to come to these places. I always think mine are worse than everyone else’s. But I come, no weirdness, totally comfortable, and well treated. I’m getting cozy here. Jenny my nurse was great and I was relaxed. Victoria at the front is super friendly and gets you in fast. This place is great.

Was feeling dehydrated and lethargic after a long flight. Grace at the front desk greeted me and took me to the pods where you can relax as you get your IV. Yasmin took excellent care of me and gave me exactly what I needed to feel better. I had a headache that disappeared about 10-15 minutes after I got started. Highly recommend!

I love La Cienega Med Spa! All the estheticians are incredible, so kind, and helpful. Especially Chaleah, she is amazing!!! I always come here for acne cortisone shots when I’m struggling with my breakouts. Highly recommend!!

I have been treated twice at this spa. My most recent visit being last week for a cortisone shot for my cystic acne breakout. Both times my experience has been nothing but amazing! From the very clean and relaxing environment, to the world-class customer service offered by every staff member and medical providers. Montana was very professional and knowledgeable with the injections and the results were perfection. I also appreciate that this spa is open on Sundays! That kind of availability from a med spa is hard to come by and VERY much appreciated! I will be returning for my other med spa needs. Thank you Cienega Spa!

I loveeee this med spa. The aesthetic of the facility plus the attitudes of everyone who works here is phenomenal. I always get the Myers cocktail IV therapy every time I’m feeling a bit sluggish. The energy pods are relaxing and add the perfect touch for relaxation. Montana and Victoria get it. They’re so great!!!!

Excellent care- before, during AND after! I had been getting B-12 vitamin injections at the Santa Monica Location for a little while and really liked their quick appointment availability, comfortable welcoming offices and friendly staff. I decided to try their injectables rather than continue with my Beverly Hills injector- I hadn't been going to her long enough to really be committed. We all love a one stop shop right? Sunday morning I was like... let me go back to work after this holiday looking *ahem* rested and refreshed (wink wink). Sad to say I am a spur of the moment kind of lady so when I reached out to Cienega Medical for a last minute time slot (as I always do) they didn't have anything available for me in SM buuuuut they could fit me in at the WEHO location in about an hour and a half. Sweet! I made my way over and you know how holiday traffic is in LA ~ a total breeze ~ so I arrived way earlier than I thought I would. They were happy to fit me in for an express facial as well! Winning! They were welcoming and pleasant- unlike the week or two wait I was getting used to at my BH clinic and the exasperation they'd give me when I wanted to add a spur of the moment service. (Girl if you don't take this money and fire up these stray chin hairs, come on... I booked a Brazilian how much worse can the chin be? dang) Anyway... My facial with Nicole was lovely and she was careful of my lash extensions but injectables is what we're here to talk about right? Its hard to mess up a facial but needles? Girrrrl I wanna talk about it first. Yasmin was knowledgeable and personable and not only listened to, but clarified my statements about my concerns. She made some recommendations regarding some areas I had been concerned about but I didn't even know there were treatment options for. Sold, ok? The price came back and I was a little shell shocked but hey- I was literally getting double what I had planned for so its not like it was unreasonable. The process was as quick and about as painless/painful as you'd expect injections to be. I'm only two days out but I already see the results coming. All that sounds great right? Well here is the magic of Cienega Medical: Im currently sitting at work bored because we're in the upside down week before the New Year so I was browsing their website and a special caught my eye... A special I was not offered when I was there two days earlier. Now I'm rarely one to complain or haggle on pricing but I was like- wait a minute. Why didn't anybody tell me about that when I was lubricating my credit card with tears? So I bit the bullet and called them to ask why. Honey... their Manager Brittany was like, OH I'm glad you called - that package just started like yesterday! I'll credit your account and you'll get the difference next time you come in, plus I'll throw in a lil extra sumthin sumthin for the trouble. Um ~ What? She was so sweet and forthcoming that I didn't even want the difference back- I had her throw it onto the tip I had left for Yasmin. (I know it was paltry - I'm sorry baby) The whole point of my call was really an exercise in taking my therapist's advice and addressing difficult conversations before they fester into real conflict or repressing my hurt feelings. Nobody wants to feel hoodwinked or taken advantage of and I must say that Cienega Medical Spa is far and above the best MedSpa I have experienced in LA and as a woman pushing 50 who prides herself on looking unquestionably 35 - these ladies are now officially my secret weapon. Special thank you to Nicole, Yasmin and Brittany for making me feel like a person and not just another pain that's paying. I'll be looking forward to seeing you all again! Thank you!
