I’ve been to this location for years for Botox and never had a problem except once when I got a bruise on my forehead. Ironically, it was done by the same nurse that did my last injections when I was there. In my last visit, they told me that the prices had gone up and I didn’t have a problem with that because what I get done is always perfect. Unfortunately, this last time the person that always does my Botox was not there, so Mrs Cho Had to do my Botox . She kept telling me that she gave me a free unit, I gave you free unit, As if she did something wrong and try to compensate with one for unit or something mind you she said this after she had already done it which was a little concerning because I like getting what I asked for. Botox Has always been a scary thing to me, but I thought ok, It’s already done let’s relax and hope for the best. well, It’s been A while, and I think what she meant was she was missing a unit. because my forehead does not feel good as always And I believe she placed Botox on different parts, which made the results different from all the times that I’ve been there, now I have problems on other areas that I never did. I don’t know what really happened but I wish if she had to do something different she would have said so, Instead of playing it off, saying she gave me some free Botox.

Cleopatra Medical has truly been the best experience and is my now go-to. They recommend the best options for what you need and have been the only place I’ve achieved the results I’ve wanted. They are honest with you and tell you if you don’t need something or should get something else instead. Everyone who works there is so kind and thoughtful and makes me feel comfortable to be around. Their facilities are also very clean and professional and all the products they use are legitimate and name-brand. I highly recommend Cleopatra to anyone looking for a place to get treatments!

I was referred here by my best friend for Laser Hair Removal. I was impressed that they do let you talk to their physician first to answer any questions you may have. Everything as clean and fast. Tiffany was also kind, informative and helpful too, trying to cheer me up after the procedure. (It was a bit painful haha) It’s been a week since, I can see the results and it did not disappoint, definitely will continue & possibly do other things with my bff. 🙌🏼😊

Update 3/2025: I didn’t realize they had hair growth treatments here. I was getting treatment for my acne scars when the nurse noticed that I had a bald spot from my alopecia areata (autoimmune condition). After two months of consistent treatment to the area, I have a lot of new hair growth and the spot is barely noticeable now. Had hair removal and acne treatment here. I only need to touch up hair removal 1-2 times a year. Staff are friendly and helpful, good prices. Parking in the back lot!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I genuinely want this place to be known more so that more people like me can have a chance at clear skin. I had clear skin up until I went to high school, then I've had worsening flares of both small whiteheads, blackheads, large painful under-the-skin cyst acne that would travel along my temples, cheeks, nose, chin, you name it. Over 10 years of cheap+expensive skin care, laser treatments, topical cream, prescription antibiotics, I was ready to give up until I found Cleopatra Clinic. The entire staff (Doctor who did a short consultation via video call, nurses, counselor, and receptionist) are extremely professional, lind, and approachable. They recommended me to have the Agnes laser treatment with 2 follow up facials. The price was very reasonable (some places I've been to asks for 4 times the amount), and do not worry if you think "cheaper = less quality". I've only done 2 Agnes laser treatments, and look at my before and after photos!! There has never been a time when my skin felt smooth with no bumps. Those who have acne are so used to feeling and seeing the bumps when washing your face. Now every time I wash my face it feels soo smooth!! Agnes really works and you never get acne on the areas that have recurring acne. The nurses who did my treatments are amazing. They are so meticulous with their precision skills, and explains to me all the steps as they go. They also go above and beyond what is in your treatment program, tailoring to your specific needs! You will understand what I mean once you meet them. They truly care for you and work to give you better skin. I will continue to visit Cleo to now remove my acne marks and improve overall skin! This is *the* place to go for any skin concerns. I truly, highly recommend all acne people to visit.

I’ve been going to Cleopatra for three years now and I love how much my skin improved over the years. I’ve tried co2 laser, prp facial, Agnes laser and sofwave for acne scars. Those things really helped me with minimizing scars appearance.

I had issues with texture and redness under my chin, persistent acne scars that won’t fade, and some fat under my chin, so I went to 3 med spas in Koreatown to see what I’d get recommended. I chose Cleopatra because the package prices and recommended treatments were great. Unlike other establishments where they have multiple treatments of the same thing, what I was recommended were single treatments paired with something else. Ex: Pixel 8 + Agnes. This made the cost better for me. Chloe sometimes tosses in some other perks, like free facial or very high quality serum. I appreciate Chloe’s honesty. I originally wanted Sculptura for my cheeks bc another clinic recommended it, but she told me they stopped using it on patients bc the microplastic seed that’s injected in Scultura ends up staying in you for life, and she’s seen negative long term consequences from it. Instead, she recommended Ultherapy plus a small amount of filler in the cheeks afterwards, and I love that plan. So far, I’ve done one round of Pixel 8, Agnes, PRP, and Ultherapy. The nurses are amazing!! All of them do these treatments multiple times every day for 10+ years, so they’re highly skilled. I highly recommend doing Ultherapy at Cleopatra. They properly numbed my face with numbing cream, had me take a Tylenol and advil, and gave me a machine to distract myself with during the treatment. Anyone who has done Ultherapy knows that it HURTS. I have high pain tolerance and this is 10/10 pain. But their pain management is so good that it’s a 2-5/10!

I can’t say enough good things about Cleopatra Medical Aesthetics. Every visit here makes my mom and me even happier with our decision to trust them with our skin. The clinic is always spotless, welcoming, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for. I see Nurse Cho for my Botox and honestly, I couldn’t be more thrilled with my results. My skin looks so fresh and youthful — I’ve never gotten so many compliments! It’s boosted my confidence in the best way. This has truly been one of the happiest investments I’ve made for myself. If you’re thinking about enhancing your skin’s health and appearance, I couldn’t recommend Cleopatra and Nurse Cho more. They’re simply the best!

I waited several weeks for legit results to post this review, and I 100% recommend Cleopatra for any skin concerns. I've had more laser/ Morpheus/ microneedling at different clinics than I can even count. Zero results for my acne scars. I had ONE Agnes/Pico laser treatment at Cleopatra, and my skin has vastly improved on every level: texture, plumpness, glow, fine lines, lift. My acne scars are now much less dark and deep.They know what they're doing there. They even refused to put filler in my lips at my consultation: good sign! Anyone who refuses money has integrity. Nurse Cho is a genius.
