This is my second time coming here. Absolutely loved getting my PRP + Xeomin here with Jane! She was very caring and made sure I was comfortable. Very clean environment. The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience comfortable. Also extremely good with appointments and following up. Highly recommend and will be back again!

I’ve been to Double J Medical Aesthetics and Hair Clinic a few times now for Sculptra and Botox, and every visit has been amazing! Joy is seriously the best — she has such a gentle touch that you can’t feel a thing, even without any numbing. She really knows what she’s doing and always takes the time to make sure everything looks super natural. The whole team is so friendly and the space is clean, calm, and really welcoming. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. Highly recommend Double J if you’re looking for great results and a place that actually cares about their clients! There is also plenty of free parking on site, in LA that is such a plus!

It's clear they prioritize top-tier quality because even after only three days, I'm already seeing incredible results. I honestly couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I’ve been visiting Joy at Double J for alopecia and their service is top notch! The clinic is very clean, welcoming, organized. They were able to put me at ease when treating my scalp with needles when doing this scary procedure. I’m hoping my hair will come back with this treatment and will come back!

They took the time to explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was very disappointing. I had scruptra injection on my cheek, it done 4 sessions which that’s way too much for especially ages under 50 years old. But they suggest for 4 sessions. It felt like the main focus was profit rather than the patient’s best interest or final results. I was not properly guided on realistic outcomes, and the result I received was uneven and far from what was discussed. When I raised concerns, there was little accountability or genuine effort to correct the issue. A medical/aesthetic clinic should prioritize patient safety, care, and results — not just selling procedures. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for thoughtful, patient-centered care.
