I just saw Elizabeth at Kian Aesthetic Institute and I'm so happy with the results! She was so patient and knowledgeable during our consultation. She really made me feel at ease about the options. We decided to go forward with a laser treatment, particularly for sunspots, and she was great at explaining each step of the process. She was very thoughtful about my facial hair as well, asking what spots to preserve/avoid. After her treatment, my skin legitimately looks years younger. Would happily recommend her services to anyone interested!

What an incredible experience with such detail oriented and authentic staff. I’m not very well-versed in the aesthetics world so I went in with a bunch of ideas and got to work with Lauren. She was amazingly knowledgeable and able to explain everything to me in layman’s terms. She was able to lay out some options with plans for possible future treatments. I really appreciate it all of her input and her patience with all my questions. Previously, I had a bad experience with neurotoxins and wasn’t sure if I wanted to try it again. I didn’t find it to be effective on the line I have running between my inner eyes. Lauren explained the importance of placement and she did an amazing job. Over the last 2 to 3 months, I have seen that line fade to almost nothing now! I also got microneedling done with exosomes. I got a lot of compliments on my skin a week later when I was fully healed. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I look forward to going back.

I have been going to Lauren for botox/dysport for about 2 years now and she is the best! She is very knowledgeable about various treatment options so I trust her suggestions. She always listens to my concerns and adjusts the treatments as needed. Lauren really pays attention to how certain muscles move on my face and tailors the injections to create a balanced look. Lauren is amazing!! She’s super positive and I trust her 100% with my face, which is saying a LOT. She’s done my Botox for a few years and I’ve always loved how I look after. This past week, I took the leap for a BBL laser facial and WOW. She did an amazing job I can’t believe I literally have zero marks on my face after 7 days! Highly recommend Lauren. Plus, the front desk gals are super nice. Great place. Chic decor. Lovely experience.

I had been wanting to get a rhinoplasty for awhile. I got a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Karimi in November last year, and healing was a breeze, I was never in any pain throughout the entire process. I chose Dr. Karimi because he is double board certified and his work is very natural. Dr. Karimi and his team made sure I had their numbers so that I could always reach out with any questions or concerns after surgery. Dr. Karimi has a very friendly, calm and warm demeanor that puts your mind at ease. I’m alot more confident in my nose than I was before and very happy with the natural looking results. I also got fillers and Botox with Sharon. She is probably one of the warmest people I’ve ever met, I felt very comfortable with her. I only wish I lived closer to LA so that I could see her more often. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience effortless! 🤎

I am beyond happy with Kian Aesthetic Institute, and especially LAUREN, my esthetician! She is truly the absolute best! I have been going to Lauren for years now, and the reason that I found this angel is because I’ve sadly had really bad experiences in the past with estheticians messing up my face (before Lauren). I had read a lot of great reviews about Lauren which is how I found her. I came to her terrified and explained what had happened to me in the past. She was very understanding and sad to hear that I’ve had such bad experiences, and assured me that she will do anything in her power to make sure I get the results I am looking for. I love how honest she is and very thorough in explaining everything to make sure I understand it all and that we are on the same page. I remember the first couple of times I went there we started with less to make sure it turned out alright and then added more as she got to see how my face responded to the injections (I’ve done botox and some fillers). Now it has been years of going to Lauren and I trust her completely! I have always loved the results of Laurens work from the start <3 … and with that I have also referred a bunch of my friends to her and they are all very happy with her and her work. I do remember that when I looked her up and the KIAN Aesthetic Institute that it was on the pricier side - but to be honest - it is 1,000% worth it when you know you’ll get the best care and the best results! They also always start each appointment with taking “before pictures” of you so you can always use those as reference in the future. It is definitely very cool when you can look back at them to see the improvements so clearly. I like how kind, caring, and professional the entire team is at KIA Institute. I also want to give a special shout out to lovely Amanda who works at the front desk. She is so sweet and always greets me with a big smile and very welcoming energy. It is always such a pleasure going there and I strongly recommend them and specially Lauren!

I was nervous to visit a med spa when I first came in, but working with Cindy has changed the trepidation into something I look forward to. She answers every single question I have (and I ask a lot!), and is extremely attentive to my specific needs. Trust is so important when you receive treatment like this and I truly feel heard and taken care of working with Cindy at Kian. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

I’ve had only the best experience with Kian Aesthetic Institute. Dr Karimi and his team are just excellent! I love the front desk staff as well as the team that manages the billing! Always polite and always make me feel welcome! They will kindly move my appointments and always make exceptions when reasonable which I appreciate so much given my work requires me to constantly travel. Want to particularly call out Cindy who I’ve worked with consistently for the last 3 years! Cindy is an elite injector and physician assistant and highly skilled! I’m a nervous person until I trust someone and Cindy has been so great I can trust her with my eyes closed! She has never pushed for me to do anything I’ve not been comfortable with and instead works with the aesthetic I prefer. If you’re getting Morpheus 8 or XERF Cindy is your girl! She knows the settings well and knows where to use what setting without melting your fat where you actually need it!! Her skill with sculptra and other injectables is beautiful! It’s precise, smooth and I trust her with my eyes closed! In fact I don’t pay any attention once she’s started her work on me! And end up looking gorgeous! Her philosophy of not changing who I am, but enhancing what I have and delaying the onset of aging (my goal) is what I love! Her work with threads is truly elite! What I love is she and other assistants get rigorous training from Dr Karimi himself so if you cannot get on Dr Karimi’s calendar for any reason, I would trust Cindy to give me the same results! I will continue to go back to Cindy and Dr Karimi all the time!
