I had an excellent experience here last week. Pretty painless and I felt very comfortable. I will return.

Full ratings for me. It was my first experience trying any treatments of this nature, the destination was convenient and the best part was it was easy to park. Caid was extremely professional and able to put my at ease right away. It was helpful for me to know that this was a home office ahead of time, but the space was very clean and there was a dedicated office space that was actually in my opinion more comforting than a more traditional clinic. Caid was extremely helpful in all ways, he was willing to help me come up with a plan for my treatment and since I was new to this was super helpful. His website is also full of information, and if you have a question there's probably a chance its already on his website, but he is super patient and answered all my questions even after I found them all later on his website lol. I am writing this review after my first week and am already seeing some early results. If anyone is wondering the process doesn't hurt at all, and i found myself wishing I considered this much earlier in my life.

I highly recommend this business. I had my first treatment today and Caids customer service is just so comforting. The quality is outstanding, exceeding my expectations. I was impressed with his professionalism and care. Definitely again. Thank u:)

Caid was fantastic, kind & informative. I saw results the very next morning & I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely go back if I need to, but not sure it will even be necessary.

Unfortunately I have to give them 2 stars. I had contacted them firstly in December to get the fat freezing sessions for me and my wife. They had a good price for 2 sessions with 2 applicators and I was going to get it for the 2 of us before our cruise. I had texted them and told them what we were looking for and what I wanted. After going to set up a day they had recommended to wait til after the cruise cause there is a chance of getting some bruising and having that a week or so before the cruise may not dissipate by then. So I agreed and said I would contact them when we returned to book the sessions. When we returned I contacted them to set the times and low and behold they had increased the price heavily. I asked about this and they said the price before was a special. So I asked well why wasn’t this told to me. That way I could have purchased the packages during that time and just used them when we returned. But after communicating back n forth it seemed that they would not offer us the previous price. I feel this was a terrible experience and terrible customer service. :/

Had a great experience with Caid. His price is way better than the big companies like CoolSculpt, but the machines are legit and work just as well. He's an expert at targeting specific areas and even worked with me on some highly-specific goals I had. Plus, he’s a nice guy to chat with to pass the 45 mins quickly. Highly recommend!

I have been so pleased with my results! Caid has been wonderful to work with. I’ve had two sessions and started seeing a difference after the first session. Looking forward to my next two sessions and seeing all the results come in! Highly recommend! I am even considering flying my mom in to have a few sessions. So worth it!
