Jae Hoon Lee review for LA Beauty Skin Center

I have been going to this clinic for many years. I’m leaving a review because they cancelled my session without refunding it. I cancelled on the day of my appointment when I had a fever of over 100 F sick in bed. I called them as soon as they opened and when I did, they had no flexibility at all and stated that I would lose a session because I’m cancelling on the day of the appointment. They do not care about the loyalty of the patients or customers. Will not be going back.
