Had a wonderful relaxing experience with the hydrafacial. It was my first time and it was great! I highly recommend it, staff was friendly and the aestheciian was really nice. She explained each step of the facial, frequently asked if I was comfortable and just made me feel at ease. Will definitely do it again.

I came to LACCS for laser treatments/skin resurfacing. I got great results after my 6 treatments and intend to keep coming back in the future for other procedures (facials, peels, etc.) Their staff is very friendly; I felt completely taken care of during my visits. I would reccomend their practice to any of my friends.

This Office Stands By All Great Reviews about Them. First and For most They Are Very Friendly..... Very Professional and skilled. I have no complaints I walked out very happy and satisfied. There was also one nurse in there that was comforting during Some discomforting or a tad bit painful Procedures. They are very gentle with what they do and do as much as possible to keep pain to a minimum. I fully recommend them they are by far one of the best plastic surgery offices I have been. Matter of fact probably the only best I have been. I have been to many I never felt more welcomed and comfortable as I did here with Dr.Geoffery and Dr. Lauren Trenkle.

The staff is friendly and attentive. Dr.Trenkle is kind, efficient and informative. I always feel comfortable and at ease with my visits here. I am so thankful for the advice they gave me concerning Latisse (the amazing lash growing serum) because my bottle lasted 4 months and I get more compliments on my lashes than one can count! Clean, open air feeling in the decor and the office and staff make any procedure I have done pleasant. I have a low pain tolerance and my Botox injections and laser treatments are a breeze here. Highly recommend.

This place is AMAZING!! I first visited Dr. Trenkle for a ruptured ear drum that he fixed perfectly. Since I liked him, his staff and office so much, I started coming to him for my cosmetic needs and couldn't be happier with my results. Dr. Trenkle and his wife Lauren do such a great job at meeting all of my wants and needs without making me look fake. In a city like Los Angeles, it's truly a rare occurrence to find such an amazing cosmetic surgery center that cares about their patients and doesn't try to over sell you on products and services you don't need. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone - I even brought my mom here while she was in town visiting! Definitely come to Los Angeles Center for Cosmetic Surgery, I promise you won't be disappointed!

I just love this place. They are helping with my skin and getting rid of old sun damage and spots on my face and Dr. Trenkle is such a sweet and kind loving professional. Dr. Trenkle is a diamond in the rough among cosmetic dermatologists. He’s honest, fair, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. For the first time in a long time, I feel like myself again! The facility is beautiful and state-of-the-art and I look forward to my visits with the Trenkles.

Geoff, Lauren and the entire staff are SO AMAZING. They offer great customer care and comfort, no matter the severity of the procedure you may be having. They've always treated me like a valued member of their family and for that reason I would recommend them for any needs you may have!

I had my appt with Dr Maki for a laser genesis treatment and I am so impressed. I started seeing results the very next day. My face is glowing more and more each day. I never knew that could be possible. How great is that!. Dr Maki did such a great job and he's a really good Dr. I will definitely continue to see him for more treatments. Great staff and great environment.

I Love Love Dr. Trenkles work, he is extremely talented when it comes to the aesthetics of the face. He knows how to perfectly administer and place the syringe in just the right places to give the perfect pout, the perfect lips. With that said, I absolutely love the way my lips turned out. He is amazing!!!!! His expertise and a plastic surgeon and aesthetic doctor are superb!!!
