This is by far the best plastic surgeon office in LA. My surgery was easy , fast , efficient and comfortable. My results are unbelievable. I lost 10 inches in no time and my recovery has been super fast . I love this place and wish I had more to do because they would be my first and only choice !

My Surgeon is the FABULOUS Dr. Renteria!! He is extremely gentle, kind and explained every detail. His Nurse Bita i love, she is caring, sweet and very attentive she is AMAZING!! KUDOS to the entire office!

I have to say I am very pleased with DR. Robert I got lower abdomen and arms done with 360 lipo. Immediately after the first week I saw incredible results! I am just thrilled! I would recommend handling your paper work and appointment scheduling with a young lady by the name of Ashley she is very professional and does not have you a bit confused like the other admin office ladies . Other than that my procedure was fast and the nurse with Dr Robert in the room make you feel very comfortable. One thing I like about Dr Robert he is very reassuring and while he is doing your procedure you feel no pain and he is informative. I am happy with this life changing decision . Thank you LA LIPO

Dr. Robert has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced and that is saying a lot since I work in a hospital where people come from around the world for our first class care. His staff is compassionate and informative. I have already seen a dramatic difference in my stomach after just one month from my first procedure. I went from having My fat and extra skin hang down to my upper thighs to a minimal bump. I know it is going to get even better with more time. He also helped me to gain confidence when he got rid of my double chin. It looks so natural and no one at work can tell I’ve had work done. They just see that I look so much better. I cannot thank him and his whole team enough for everything they have done and I look forward to my next procedure to complete my transformation.

My experience at La Lipo Dr. Mirzania did my smart lipo. He is absolutely the BEST!!! I’m so happy I choose him to take care of me. He took into consideration everything I wanted and also gave his input as to what will give me the best results. He honored my wishes and also went above and beyond what I wanted to make sure I loved my results. He truly did amazing work. He is So careful and patient. Did not rush or in any way act careless. He went above and beyond my expectations. He is a great doctor, throughout the surgery he communicated with me and made sure I was comfortable and well. Now, with the staff. Everyone from the girls in the front, to the nurses, Everyone was so caring, I didn’t expect care like this. Especially me being in the health care field and working in the hospital seeing how the staff and nurses treated me was beyond what I expected. I’m so happy I went to La Lipo and so happy I had Dr. Mirzania do my procedure. Great staff. Amazing doctor

My experience with Dr. Robert and the team was informative, reassuring, and remarkable from my initial consultation, through the surgery, and follow-up visits. Along the way I was listened carefully to my questions, the team made helpful suggestions, and the result is fantastic. I love love love my body. I’m just a regular guy and a first time customer of cosmetic surgery. Thinking about having liposuction for a while I am glad the free consultation offer and the first timer discount offer make me go for initial consultation leading to my lipo. The advice from the doctor and staff was fantastic. I was afraid of going there at first but those fears were truly gone. I am so pleased with the outcome, I wish I had done it years ago before I took my swimming lesson so that I can show off. The next thing I was to mention is to listen to Claudia's advice/recommendation. For example for blood draw she suggested Primex Lab but Quest Diagnostics was near where I live and went but the price at Quest Diagnostics was $761.18 while I went to Primex Lab and paid $150.00 only. I would highly recommend Los Angeles Liposuction Center and his team and thankful for the great job they has done for me.

Dr. R O B E R T did an amazing work on me. He does what he needs to do and the recovery and the results depends on how you take care of yourself when you leave the office. The procedure works if you want it to work. I am glad I made the decision to do this for myself regardless of the fact that I got called lazy by my friends. I had stubborn fat that just wouldn't go away so I had to turn to Dr. Robert :) Thank you Dr. Robert and his great staff. They were all so friendly and made me feel at ease though out the whole process. If you are 1st timer, don't panic because I did as well and when it was all over, I couldn't believe I stressed myself out so much for absolutely nothing. DO IT and don't think about it twice!

Dr. Robert Hashemiyoon performed my Smart Liposuction surgery and the results blew my mind. After having a baby, I have always suffered insecurities regarding my loose skin on my tummy. Post surgery, my tummy was flatter and tighter than ever. Dr Robert and his team worked earnestly to suction every ounce of fat. He predicted the results on the money. 4 weeks later, I was able to relax on the beach in a bikini drinking Piña colada. Thank you Liposuction Center for returning my body back to normal pre-baby!

I can't recommend Dr. Robert Setari at LA Liposuction Centers highly enough! I'm located in Connecticut, while their office is in California, but they still provided me with truly outstanding care during a virtual consultation. I first discovered Dr. Setari on TikTok (I admit I was a bit skeptical at first), but after watching over 20 of his videos and then speaking with him directly, it was clear he's an incredibly knowledgeable, honorable, and highly skilled surgeon. He got back to me incredibly fast—literally the next day after I submitted my request—and took the genuine time to review my full medical history, ask thoughtful questions, and explain everything in a clear, reassuring way. I've already consulted with at least six other surgeons for this extensive liposuction procedure, and none of them came close to giving me such a thorough, honest breakdown of what truly needs to be done, what's realistically achievable, and how it will impact my long-term results. He helped me see the full picture and feel confident about moving forward. Unfortunately, my case requires general anesthesia, which isn't part of their approach, so he couldn't perform the surgery—but if it had been possible, I would have chosen him in a heartbeat and traveled across the country to have him as my surgeon. Even though I can't proceed with Dr. Setari, I still wholeheartedly recommend him and his team to anyone considering liposuction (especially if your needs align with their expertise). At the very least, schedule a consultation for his invaluable insight and straightforward guidance—it made a huge difference for me. I'd recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.
