I’ve had such a great experience with my laser hair removal sessions at this location. Nerlene is truly exceptional. She’s incredibly thoughtful, precise, and clearly cares about patient comfort. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing, uses ice packs to properly numb the area (which makes a huge difference!), and works quickly and efficiently without ever feeling rushed. You can tell she’s highly skilled and very detail-oriented. D at the front desk is just as amazing. She’s always polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Scheduling is easy, she’s great about reminders, and does a wonderful job preparing me for each appointment so I know what to expect. Overall, Nerlene and D make the experience smooth, professional, and comfortable every single time. Highly recommend these women and this location!

I have my laser hair removal and botox with Yuri and she is absolutely wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and makes the whole experience very enjoyable and relaxing. The whole team has been wonderful and very accommodating. I love them :)

Had a great experience getting Botox 💉 They were running a summer special so I was suspect happy with price They have a wide variety of good machines including Potenza and Ultherapy as well. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They made sure to show me the new vial in the box before starting. Facilities are nothing fancy but are clean

The entire staff is so kind and welcoming to those new to the aesthetics process. I cannot recommend Yudi, Suzette, Leo, & the clinic manager enough! They listen, provide feedback & walk you thru the process. 11/10. I look forward to seeing them again soon. The membership is an added plus.

Botox; very disappointed with how this was handled, and even more disappointed by the way they responded publicly. I went in specifically asking to treat only my glabella with Botox because I did not want my entire forehead frozen. That was a personal preference and a common request. After the injections, I ended up with “Spock brows,” which is a known and well-documented outcome that can happen when only certain areas are treated. They did correct it; but then charged me for the correction. So to be clear: I paid for a treatment that initially left me looking worse, and then I had to pay again just to fix the result. What makes this worse is that their reply to my review blames me for “rejecting the provider’s advice.” My review was never about rejecting advice. It’s about transparency. If a clinic has a policy where patients will be charged to correct outcomes like this when choosing a conservative treatment plan, that needs to be clearly explained before injections are done, not after the fact. Many reputable injectors include minor adjustments within a follow-up period, especially for something as common as this. Instead, I was charged again and then publicly blamed in their response. Patients deserve to understand exactly what they’re agreeing to, including whether they’ll be charged again if a known outcome needs to be corrected. That was not made clear to me. Because of how this was handled; both during the visit and in their response, I will not be returning. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I had Potenza RF Microneedling today with Yuri, and she is hands down the best provider I’ve ever experienced! From start to finish, she was incredibly gentle, thorough, and intentional about explaining every single step. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel completely comfortable before, during, and after my treatment. The procedure itself was surprisingly not painful, and I was able to leave with minimal redness — which was such a pleasant surprise! I also have to highlight the entire experience. The front desk staff is extremely sweet, welcoming, and easygoing. The MedSpa itself is spotless — so clean, bright, and beautifully designed. The music is relaxing, and the overall atmosphere feels luxurious yet warm. I truly felt like I could spend the entire day there enjoying beauty and wellness treatments. I had the chance to meet the other wonderful nurse practitioners as well, and they are all incredibly knowledgeable and kind. You can genuinely tell this team cares deeply about what they’re doing and about how their clients feel. I am beyond happy with my experience and cannot wait to see my results! I’ll absolutely be back for IVs and monthly maintenance combos — lasers, facials, and body skincare. This place truly feels like heaven on earth!

I’ve been coming here for about two years now and always have such a great experience. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and professional every time I walk in. Carrie and Nay are amazing. They really take their time, listen to what you want, and make you feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. Today I had an amazing experience at 4EverYoung in Midtown Miami! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Gabi at the front desk was incredibly warm and professional, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Suset, my therapist, was absolutely wonderful — knowledgeable, attentive, and very skilled. The treatment was executed seamlessly, and she made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I also want to recognize Raluca, the clinic manager, for running such a professional and client-focused team. The recommendations were thoughtful and tailored specifically to my needs, without any pressure — which I truly appreciated. Definitely the best clinic in town. Highly recommend! ⭐️

I absolutely love coming to Idea Image! Lindsay is my Med Pro and she is AMAZING. She’s always so welcoming, professional, and passionate about her work. We have great conversations every visit and she makes everything feel comfortable and never awkward. Dee at the front desk is also super friendly and helpful every time I come in.
