Terrible experience. I went in for a treatment and left feeling truly alarmed. The place smelled awful and was visibly dirty. There was a clear lack of hygiene and professionalism from the staff. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Update: In response to what the clinic said — it’s COMPLETELY FALSE. That’s the same generic excuse they give everyone to cover up how PATHETIC and UNPROFESSIONAL their clinic really is. A business that actually cares about improving would own up to its mistakes and take the customer’s experience seriously. But considering how dirty and neglected the place was, I should’ve known better than to expect decent customer service. And let’s not forget the OUTRAGEOUS prices. They lure you in with misleading ads, and when you contact them, they suddenly claim the promotion is “old” and give you a much higher price. On top of that, they use cheap, low quality Chinese machines. Save yourself the disappointment and your money. Go somewhere that actually values its clients and offers real quality service and products.
