I would give them 0 star if possible. Please Dont waste you money in this place. There are many clinics with better prices and results. Their goal is to get money no matter if they lie to the clients about the expected results. I went looking for information about closing my lobe's holes. Nicole (the specialist) convinced to me that laser would be a great alternative for closing the holes and to heal the scars. They offerred me a laser treatment of 3 sesion paid in advance as "a good deal" but said that only 2 sesion would be enough and the remaining balance could be used in other treatment in the clinic with no reimbursement. I did 4 sesion an my holes are still open. Wheter is true that they improved the appearence never fully closed. They probably dont have a powerful laser equipment or the required knowledge for this treatment. Therefore I am always punctual to my appoitments and the spesialist reached the clinic 40 minutes later when the anesthetic effect had passed. Very unrespecfull, also taking into account you should pay parking and comeback working. The fact is that I spent 1500(laser treatment) plus 85 for a litter antibiotic and my holes are still open. I shoul now spend more money to reach my goal. I am very sad and dessapointed. I would never recommend them.
