Zoraida Rivas review for Aura Medspa

I'm so disappointed now that they've moved to SW 27th Ave. I went for Botox with one doctor, but when I arrived, it was a different one, and I wasn't notified. Not only that, I had the procedure done by the new doctor, but when I went back 15 days later for a touch-up, even though the same doctor finished—something that's supposedly free because you've already paid—they charged me another $200. I asked the manager, "How come the second time, when they correct the work you've already paid for, is never charged?" They also didn't tell me beforehand that I had to pay more; otherwise, I would have just left it as is and wouldn't have wasted my time and money going back. I'll never go back to that place; I felt cheated.
