I have been a client of Azala since before it even opened because I have always followed Paula. Everyone there is incredibly kind, and the customer service is truly exceptional. I got the Helix Laser today, They take the time to explain every procedure in detail—what will happen during the treatment, how you may feel while it’s being done, and what to expect afterward. Such an amazing experience with Nataly at Azalá! From the moment I walked in, the environment felt welcoming and professional. Nataly was incredibly informative and truly knew what she was talking about. She took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my skin and made sure I understood everything, which I really appreciated. Paul is very pleasant and thorough. She addressed all of my concerns and walked me through all of her suggestions. I felt comfortable in her presence. I like her gentle and subtle approach. It was my first time seeing her so I do not have much more to say but so far I am liking the results :)
