I have had an incredible experience with Dr. Alex & Chelsea in this office. My entire life I have had really strong vasovagal responses to needles, injections, blood tests etc and I faint quite frequently. Dr Alex spent multiple hours with me explaining all of my options in thorough detail and answering all of my questions so that I felt comfortable and at ease. Unlike most offices, she was not rushed to get onto the next client, or impatient with me at all. Dr Alex and Chelsea did everything possible to make me feel calm- soothing music & smells, holding my hand, helping me breathe etc. It has been the best experience I have had in any medical office my entire life and I am thrilled with the results in my skin already.
