Wow! CoolSculpting works! But you’ve got to be patient! It took nearly two months for me to see the full results. I had stubborn lower belly fat that just wouldn’t budge, no matter how clean I ate or how consistently I worked out. I’m so glad I found Coolsculpting Elite Center of Miami. Huge shoutout to Rachel, the incredible professional who did my treatment. She is next level. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and confident. She explained every step of the process in detail, set realistic expectations, and even did a full body scan so we could track progress accurately. She combines deep technical expertise with genuine care and positivity, a total pro and a total joy to be around. Coming back for my check-in and seeing how much my numbers had improved was honestly mind-blowing. I haven’t been perfect with my diet since (life happens!), but the amazing thing about CoolSculpting is that once those fat cells are gone, they’re gone, the treated area doesn’t hold onto fat in the same way anymore. It’s science, and it works! Warning: it’s addictive once you see how well it works! But if you’re going to do it, this is the place, and Rachel is your girl. I trust this center with my health and body completely, and I’ll absolutely return for any future procedures they recommend. Rachel that works at the Miami office is beyond great! I did Coolsculpting with her 4 times: love handles, hips, front of stomach and last but not least - under chin and I got amazing results. Plus she gives me great advice. She never lets me leave the office unsatisfied. Also, she makes you feel very very comfortable and enjoy your time there. First time I was worried about the outcome and if I get any marks. Not at all. If you want to have Coolsculping done I highly recommend this office.

I was there 2 days ago and I had a great experience. There was no pain and it was very comfortable. Rachel worked on my love handles area (I believe it’s called flanks) and I can already feel the fat going away. I can’t put into words how much I love Rachel from Miami Med Spa and the entire coolsculpting process in general. I have always struggled with stubborn fat in my stomach, arms, and inner thighs and this is the only thing that’s ever helped and I’m obsessed with my results. Rachel really cares about her patients and is so great at following up and making sure I had no concerns or questions. The office is always super clean, I truly don’t have anything negative to say. While visiting Miami I discovered this new office, which helped me to get ready for "bikini season". All of the employees are professional and very nice. The explained about the procedure and were checking on me throughout the procedure to make sure that I was comfortable. I liked it so much that I accepted their recommendation for a Botox procedure for my forehead and the corners of my eyes. This is not a large franchise where you get lost in the crowd, but more intimate with personal attention to each customer. The facility is very clean and the staff is very organized. The only problem is that sometimes parking can be an issue in that part of Miami Beach, but they can offer parking for their customers as well.

Definitely recommend, Rachel is amazing! This was my first time ever doing Coolsculpting and the process was super simple. I got done 3 areas in June and I went back in today to repeat the areas, I was shown the before and after photos and it’s crazy! Loving my results
