went to ELIXR for a cold plunge and sauna session and it was 10/10. Staff is very helpful and kind. The cold plunge was so refreshing and finishing off with the sauna was a perfect mid day refresher. Theres also a nice private workout area that i’ll be going to revisit !!

I came in as a first time user for the Cold Plunge. The staff was very informative and accommodating making my first experience a memorable one. The equipment was state of the art and the views were a perfect cherry on top. 10/10 would recommend for muscle recovery or mental/physical challenge.

Christy is a True Gem at Elixir Miami! ​I cannot recommend Christy at Elixir Miami highly enough! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly nice, attentive, and genuinely personable. She made the entire vitamin IV experience relaxing and enjoyable, going above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. ​More importantly, the vitamin IVs she administered were exactly what we needed. We walked out feeling significantly better and completely rejuvenated. If you are looking for exceptional care and effective treatment, ask for Christy—she is a true professional and an asset to the Elixir team!

I had a great experience using the Cold Plunge service with them. I was extremely sore from the gym and it helped alleviate my aching.They have an amazing team! The lounge was spectacular and very cozy!
