Facial Mania Med Spa Midtown

I saw a promotion on Instagram for a $99 hydro-oxygen facial. After submitting the request, they called promptly to schedule the appointment. The phone service was friendly and informative. However, it became a bit annoying as they called several times to remind me or upsell additional services. My appointment was with Michelle, who was very gentle with my skin. Her facial massages were relaxing and excellent. She offered me an additional facial mask for $49, explaining it would help reduce redness after the treatment. I agreed, as I knew she was right. That said, in other places where I’ve had similar facials, the mask and additional steps are usually included in the price. At Facial Manía, everything is charged separately, which makes the final cost higher than what the promotion initially suggests.

Nelly really made this spa treatment relaxing and incredible. She was so professional and made me feel comfortable right away. My skin was glowing after the service, Highly recommend booking with her for your next appointment.

I should have walked away when I just walked in: it smelled like mold & toxic cleaning supplies with dirty doors and walls that were gross to touch. Not your aesthetic, girly pampering place like I’ve expected - rather a budget salon that makes money from upsells and hiring unqualified staff. Booked hydro-facial - it truly was the saddest hydro I’ve had. My facialist did not know what she was doing. I was super concerned about hygiene when she was doing extractions - but I’m too nice to say anything as to not offend. She barely did the hydro; the rest were random masks or I’m not sure what she was doing. My skin is just as clogged, except it was so puffy and swollen after the treatment - she put some goggles on me, and I had the ! craziest ! eye bags from it. I wore a baseball hat for the rest of the day. Also they I charged me twice for the forced tip. Wasted money and time.

I had such an amazing experience at Facial Mania Midtown! From start to finish, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. Genesis was great at the front and very accommodating. Angie was absolutely wonderful — professional, knowledgeable, and so attentive. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the process. She did my Botox treatment with such precision and a gentle touch. I love the natural results — refreshed and smooth without being overdone. I also got a Myers’ IV with glutathione, and I feel amazing! The whole process was quick, relaxing, and left me feeling energized and glowing. If you’re looking for top-notch service, great results, and a welcoming environment, I highly recommend Genesis and Angie at Facial Mania Midtown. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came in for their intro special - $99 hydrafacial with Michelle as I needed a little deep cleaning. The facial itself was alright, nothing special. I’ve had much more comfortable facials, this time was just laying on a blanket, no eye cover, etc. She was nice and did an alright job, but I could have honestly done this myself at home (minus the streamer). The part that I do not like is their automated AI phone caller. It literally called me like 3x a day prior to my appt as well as daily after my facial and at some point I had to block the number it was annoying. They will try to sell a membership but I’m not sold by the experience unfortunately. I’m sure this is a great place for others but not for me, I just happen to live in the area.

Perfect location, very clean, amazing customer service and great prices! Like GREAT prices in comparison to other places in midtown. And they have a parking in a garage. Got a hydro facial with Nelly. Definitely recommend to check this place out.
