⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best laser in Miami, period. The machine blows cold air so it doesn’t hurt at all , it’s genius. I did body contouring too and I’m obsessed. Melanie’s customer service is unmatched and everyone makes you feel like a queen. I already booked a facial next week ,that’s how good they are. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out! I literally feel like a flawless icon on the way out everytime !

I recently visited this Flawless Icon and was thoroughly impressed with the excellent level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the gorgeous reception staff greeted me warmly and ensured I was well taken care of. I was seen promptly. The medical team was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of my treatment. They made sure I felt heard and answered all my questions. Overall, I had a great experience. I left feeling well cared for and confident in my treatment plan. I would highly recommend Flawless Icon to anyone looking for quality care.

Just did my first laser hair removal session with Marisabel and she was amazing! Very professional, courteous and patient. She made me feel really at ease and I could tell she knew what she was doing. The price I got with their special was also a steal!! I’m excited to keep going and to see my results!

I went online to book a session with them, but after reading the reviews (which are all similar) and seeing the owner's responses, I'll take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing because I was ready to book, but after reading the comments, I'll decline. Update to owner's response: I wasn't looking to book under any specials or discounts. I solely went off the complaints of rudeness and dissatisfaction from paying customers and the lack of accountability from the owner. Good day.

Always a great experience at this place. I’ve been coming here for a few years now to get my neck and upper back area lasered. I used to suffer from constant ingrown hairs, and Mel told me laser would fix it, and she was absolutely right. After just the first session with the amazing Marisabel, all the razor bumps were gone within a week, and I haven’t had any ingrowns since. I even referred two of my boys who were dealing with the same issue. Highly recommend Flawless Icon and their professional team, top-tier service every time, and the place is always spotless.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I had been wanting to try this place for a while since it was very popular back in early 2021. I recently saw they were running a 40% off February promotion, so I decided to call and book for next week. When I called, I explained that I had another appointment at 5:30 PM and asked if there was a time that would allow me to make both. The receptionist offered me 4:30 PM and confirmed the treatments would take about 45 minutes. That timing worked, so I agreed. I rushed from my hair appointment, went home quickly to change, and arrived at 4:17 PM for my 4:30 PM appointment. I signed in (wrote 4:30 on the sheet), completed all paperwork, and by 4:36 PM I was still waiting for the nurse to take me back. I reminded the front desk that I had a 5:30 commitment and asked how much longer it would be. I was then told my appointment was at 5:00 PM — which was completely false. I would not have arrived at 4:17 if my appointment were at 5:00, especially knowing I had another obligation at 5:30 and the service takes 45 minutes. To make matters worse, I was told I could just pay in advance. After ringing me up, they informed me there was a required gratuity for the nurse. I have never in my life been told to tip a medical professional for a treatment. My mother works in healthcare, and I found this extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I asked to speak with a manager, and the manager refused to come to the phone. Instead, she relayed a message through the receptionist and then hung up. Even the front desk employee seemed surprised by how it was handled. Overall, the communication was disorganized, the service was unprofessional, and the customer care was unacceptable. Honestly, this experience saved me from receiving treatment there — because if this is how things are handled before a service, I can only imagine what happens during or after. Very disappointing
