I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this office. I scheduled an appointment because the doctor had successfully treated someone I know for the same issue I’m dealing with. However, my visit left me feeling dismissed, disrespected, and unheard. When I explained the steps I’d been taking to manage the symptoms of an allergic reaction — one that 15 other people experienced under the exact same circumstances — the doctor immediately told me to stop all of my natural supplements and vitamins, speaking to me in a condescending tone as if I were ignorant or uneducated. Instead of taking my situation seriously, she recommended that I double up on antihistamines I’m already taking unnecessarily, while completely disregarding the clear evidence that this was a shared reaction among multiple people. She even implied the problem might be hormonal or somehow my own fault, showing little interest in actually investigating the cause or helping me find a solution. The entire appointment felt like just another superficial, profit-driven Miami “aesthetics” visit rather than a genuine attempt to provide medical care. In the end, it was a complete waste of time and money, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived. I would strongly caution anyone seeking thoughtful, attentive care to look elsewhere.
