I am on my 5th laser hair treatment and I have not experienced a lot of hair loss however, the texture of my course hair has changed to a bit of a finer texture. Once I am on my last treatment I will update everyone on my experience I’m hoping that I actually have permanent hair loss in the 5 areas I paid for.

Heather is AMAZING. I was sooo nervous about getting Botox, but she made me feel completely comfortable from the second I walked in. She listened to exactly what I wanted, explained everything so well, and gave me the most natural, refreshed results. I still look like me… just more rested and smoother. Zero frozen look. She has such a gentle touch and truly knows what she’s doing. My next appointment is coming up soon and I'm so excited! Highly recommend!

Just had my first laser hair removal appointment with Heather! It was 100% less painful than sugaring or waxing and Heather was so sweet the whole time and made me feel comfortable! She is super knowledgeable on what she's doing and I'm very excited to continue on my becoming hair free adventure!

Lena did my Botox injections about three weeks ago. For the appointment she was very professional and personable. She took the time to address my questions and concerns. She took extra time marking the areas for the perfect results! She was incredible with the injections, and there was no pain at all! I LOVE the results!!! She was fantastic to “hit” all of the areas where I needed it the most! Highly recommended!

Lena is amazing , this was my first time getting hair laser removal , I was scared but she made my appointment go so smooth , she explained everything in detail about what to expect about the whole process . I am happy I am getting my treatment at ideal image . The whole staff is really nice .

Yujin is the best esthetician I have ever used and I am experienced. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Vinny the manager is approachable and enthusiastic and willing to go above and beyond. He is incredibly helpful. Kimberly is quick to greet me with a smile and a bottle of water. That is much appreciated! The reception and care that I have gotten goes beyond excellent and is welcome, especially given the current environment I now am And plan to be a long-term, loyal customer customer.. Thank you all for helping me look my best and for an amazing experience!

Lena was wonderful! Helpful, professional, very knowledgeable. I got the leg, Brazilian, and underarm for a promotion that made it very affordable. Five stars, definitely recommend.

Kenzie was my injector for my visit. I specified my concern and she was able to assess what I needed to get to my goal. Her numbing technique is spot on!! Her eye for detail is brilliant!!!!! Checked in with me throughout the process and stayed with me when I got up to fast and needed to sit back down for an extra couple minutes. Her work is beautiful and I’d recommend her for injectables! The front desk staff were just as friendly beautiful too!

I love the team at this location they are very polished! I’m a regular for Botox and wouldn't go anywhere else. Shout out to James and Kenzie. If yall haven’t received your Botox here, give them a shot. Great price and team.
