I’ve been going to Fine Art for over 10 years. The staff is amazing and Valerie is a MASTER of hair growth and styling. My hair is so healthy and long because of the time she takes to take care of my hair all while styling it to make me look fabulous! Love love love Valerie and Fine Art International Hair!
