From the very first consultation all the way through surgery and after, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally—it truly felt like a breeze. They made me feel completely comfortable, informed, and taken care of every step of the way. It’s also so clear how intelligent Dr. Hatef is, and you can tell he truly personalizes each experience for his patients. He takes the time to understand exactly what you want and makes you feel confident in every decision. What really stood out to me was how much they genuinely care—they check in on you, make sure you’re doing well, and are always there if you need anything. You can tell they go above and beyond for their patients. I’m so grateful I chose Dr. Hatef and his team. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

Stephanie was really knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She answered all my questions and performed an excellent hydrafacial and lip hair removal. She gave good recommendations for a product to help with post CO2 laser healing. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional.

I had a consultation with Jesse Henry. She was very informative, professional and kind. Although I was not scheduled with him, Dr Hatef took time to step in to discuss options. He was exceptional!!
