I have lived in Nashville for 2 years and been on a constant search for a place to get my eyebrows waxed. After many horrible experiences and burnt skin at other places, I have finally found my spot! Madlen’s Spa is clean, professional and by far the greatest waxing experience I have had since living here. Madlen is also very sweet and personable, making you feel right at home from the moment you meet her. So thankful to have stumbled upon this hidden gem!

Madlen is incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough. i received a deep cleanse facial and dermaplaning. my skin has never looked or felt better.

I’ve been going to Alina for at least two years and I am always happy with any service or treatment: waxing, eyebrows, facials - she does it all with care, takes her time and really listens to what I want/need, tailoring the services to me specifically. She always makes time when I’m in a pinch and really saved me from a bad brow laminating experience. I highly recommend Alina and Madlen’s in general!

I love going to Madlens Spa! I've been going for years and never had any complaints. No matter the service, from Brazilian waxing to facials (her and her team do it all) you will walk out satisfied. Besides the quality of service, Madlen and her team are extremely nice. Madlen herself is a great woman! She establishes a relationship with ALL her clients (I know cause I've witnessed her interactions time and time again!)Hands down the best, I will never go to anyone else for my services. If I did it will merely be a downgrade if I were to.

Love love love Madlen's Spa. I moved here two years ago and was referred by my best friend. It is very easy to set up an appointment. I like how I can text Madlen directly. She does an amazing job with waxing my eyebrows. I've been to several places here and she does the BEST job. She also gives promotions for certain services throughout the year. I'm getting a facial next month and I can't wait.

Simply put, I love Madlen!! I have been a client of hers for 18 years and she is, hands down, the best in Nashville, period. Always accommodating and a genuinely good hearted and sweet person. I will not trust another, outside of Madlen's Spa, to fulfill my waxing needs ;-)

I have been going to Madlen for 10 years. She is fabulous. She is very accommodating, when my schedule is tight, and she is super kind and professional. Madlen is a true expert at her craft. I know that my services will be done to perfection and I never have any worries. I can't imagine letting anyone else do my waxing. I actually look forward to my appointments there; they are more like visits. I've also had appointments with Jennifer and she, too, is fantastic.

I have been a client of Madlen for over 22+ years!! She is very kind, personable and extremely skilled. My daughter and I both use her services and I would not trust anyone else with our waxing.
