Airem is absolutely amazing! I had 3 sessions of Miracell/rf microneedling + exosomes done with Lady, who is incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly what she's doing. She understands the different depths and power needed for each area on your face (which is so important!!), and also makes sure to give extra attention to problem areas. I have visible results. Skin is more lifted, texture is smoother/brighter and my nasolabial lines are gone and no longer static. And if you're between Miracelle and Morpheus, I would choose Miracelle all day everyday. So much less painful by a mile, and also better for colored/Asian skin! Random quick tip: try not to have it done right before your period, hah. I did for my second session and was extra sensitive to the needling vs the 1st and 3rd sessions! All in all, SO happy with results and will plan to go back for maintenance treatments!

I have nothing but positive things to say about AIREM. As someone who is hesitant about facial treatments, Dr. Park and her team listened thoughtfully to my concerns and didn't push anything I wasn't comfortable with. They made me feel so taken care of. The clinic is also beautiful and such a tranquil space. Highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE everything about AIREM! Had a RF microneedling treatment with Lady and I'm obsessed with the results. Lady is extremely informative and knows everything about skin! I love going to her for advanced facial treatments like Miracell. The RF microneedling changed my skin, it truly lifted and decreased pore size as well. Fabulous experience, will be back soon!

I have been seeing Lady at Airem for almost a year now and could not speak more highly of her. She has been a game changer for my skin with her thoughtful recommendations and skilled care. I’ve been seeing Aesthetic nurse Lady for the past year, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I’ve had both Pico laser and Miracell RF microneedling treatments, and the transformation in my skin has been incredible..It’s noticeably firmer, smoother, and more radiant. What truly sets her apart is how personalized everything has been. She created a customized treatment plan and skincare regimen tailored specifically to my needs, and it’s been a total game changer. I will only go to Airem for face treatments! I have been to the NYC location and got 3 treatments of the Fadeaway laser, and then went back for filler for my cheeks. This was over the course of a few months. I’m so happy. I look years younger. I don’t have as many sun spots and my face looks fuller. The bruising is no joke, but I think getting bruises is totally dependent on the person. As long as you’re ok with the risk of that happening and a couple of weeks of putting on makeup to cover the bruises, the results are worth it. Dr. Hu and Lady are wonderful. If you have dozens of questions, they will have take their time to answer every single one of them and explain everything clearly. And I never had to wait more than 5 minutes at each appointment. There’s no pressure to do any service which I really appreciate. They’re clear about pricing. Airem seems pricier than other places, but it’s obvious that’s because they have experience. I don’t think it’s worth saving money when it comes to your face!! I was nervous getting filler and looking unnatural but Lady explained everything, all the risks and what she’ll do, and the different options. She knows what to use for each area of the face. She made me feel comfortable and didn’t put any pressure for me to do anything. She also explains what she’s done for other people. She answered all my questions with confidence. Her experience and training shows! I went back for a follow-up because I wanted to look more balanced. Lady worked her magic, and now I could not be happier about my looks.

I had a truly amazing experience in every aspect at AIREM NYC on W37th st. This place was absolutely beautiful and clean. You are greeted with a smile and comfort as soon as you arrive and sign in. I was treated for Botox by the aesthetic RN Lady Diana Ramos who was INCREDIBLE!!!! She was so warm and welcoming upon arrival. She was very knowledgeable and proved me with information on other areas I could possibly treat. The procedure was quick and painless. She had such a steady hand and took her time with me. I didn’t feel rushed with her at all. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Lady was absolutely amazing and a pleasure. I was very pleased with my results. I expressed how I wanted to get rid of the lines on my forehead but not be frozen, to still look very natural. She did exactly what I asked and was so pleased. I definitely recommend going to see Lady for any of your aesthetic needs. She’s knowledgeable, listens to what you want, and helps you achieve your desired look.
