Beam Laser Spa is absolutely amazing! The space is clean, welcoming, and very professional. Kristen has been my laser treatment provider and she is incredible, so knowledgeable, friendly, and she makes you feel completely comfortable. Her energy is warm and reassuring, and she truly cares about her clients and their results. Andréa, the owner, has created such a great spa environment with high standards and a positive vibe. I highly recommend Beam Laser Spa to anyone looking for quality laser treatments and an overall wonderful experience!

Amazing service and people. Always makes sure my experience goes well and that I am okay! Results are also super amazing and one of the best decisions of my life was choosing Beam Laser! The team is so nice and chatting with them is always my favorite! They are always making conversation and are all super kind. I usually see Kristen for treatments, who is amazing and lovely. Results have been better than I expected each time. Ildi is also another great option, who is always just as kind as everyone else who works there. Good humans, great services... what are you waiting for?

I only wish I could give more stars! I first came to Beam 14 (!) years ago after searching for the best spot in the city. I absolutely found it; this is one of the best purchases I've ever made, and Beam is one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure to patronize. Andréa is truly one of the originals in this space and her knowledge is unparalleled. The service, office space, and follow-up care are all impeccable—and Andréa is beyond kind to boot. So happy to be a Beam client and I recommend them to everyone I know!

Their lasers are incredibly effective without being incredibly painful, and the results have been seriously life-changing. Everyone who works there is also extremely professional, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. If you’re thinking about laser hair removal, definitely do it at Beam.

This is hands down the most trusted place for laser services. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and make sure you feel confident and informed before starting any treatment. I stopped asking for specific people because the entire staff is wonderful.It never feels rushed, and they’re always happy to answer questions.

Andrea and her team are simply amazing! I could not have asked for a better team in caring for my laser treatments. I first found Andrea in 2009 when most were still getting familiar with the YAG laser treatment on brown and darker-skinned women. Despite my nerves, Andrea took the time to educate me of the laser treatment procedures, the potential results and how to ensure my skin is protected for after-care needs. She and her team showed me a level of kindness and patience from my first treatment to my last, that I refuse to go anywhere else for any laser services despite moving outside of NYC. I will continue to be a customer of Beam Laser Spa for all my laser treatments. I am now on my second service and will be adding a third. They are simply the best, especially for those who are new to laser treatments and for African American and darker-skinned tones. I also absolutely adore a Idilko, who is one of the laser specialists at Beam Laser Spa. Her knowledge , light and fun spirit is always well appreciated during my treatments. This is the only place I trust for hair removal. I've been coming here since 2007, when Beam was one of the only reputable laser hair removal options in the city--they remain the best! Andrea and her team have always provided the safest, most effective, and most comfortable treatments (in gorgeous surroundings). They are honest and forthcoming about what to expect, how many sessions you might need, and their rates are unbeatable for the amazing results. The women I've seen over the years--Ildi and Kristen-- are also extremely welcoming, and so much fun to talk to! They truly know how to put you at ease and create a nearly painless experience. I always look forward to chatting with the owner Andrea, who is beyond lovely, and a true expert in her field.
