Something always goes wrong here. Review for the general practitioner, not Botox clinic. Bloodwork sent to lab with no / wrong testing code, patient portal messages never received / responded to, appointment made don’t show up on the schedule when you walk in, sit in the exam room for 30 min because staff and doctor forgot about you. Stay away.
