Absolutely amazing. We signed up for a great discount through Groupon for a couples retreat that was a full 50 min massage and totally private 50 min hot soak included. Setting up an appointment was super easy and the massage was really the best my partner and I had. You enter and they give you your own robes, towels and slides to make your way around the spa comfortably. Being guided to the private jacuzzi with glasses of wine and chocolate was the extra simple and indulgent touch that made the experience more romantic. Incredible experience and can’t wait to come back.

Catalia was introduced to me by a friend who speaks highly of Avi and team for their skills and professionalism. Indeed I needed a hairstyle for a Gala and met Anna who after getting to know more about my style and what I want for my hair, came up with a fantastic updo which was elegant and stole the show. Her attention to detail was beyond … My following visit was for a facial and I was introduced to Madame Sofia. She is very attentive and really loves what she does! She is a seasoned esthetician who takes time to explain what is the best treatment for her client. I had a facial with collagen and oxygen therapy and my skin really felt the freshness and hydration. Avi, Rosy, Anna, Sofia have been amazing to me and what I appreciate so far is that they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. Great atmosphere and great energy !!! Thank you all

As the daughter of a former stylist, saying I’m picky about my hair is an understatement! Avi has been cutting, coloring, and treating my hair for over 15 years, and I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else. I’ve tried every top salon in NYC—Fekkai, Barrett, Hershberger, you name it—and none compare to Avi’s work. He takes the time to truly listen to what you want, explains why something may or may not work, offers thoughtful alternatives, and if he can’t deliver a certain result, he’ll tell you upfront—unlike many salons that are happy to take your money regardless. I also have all my facial treatments done at Catalia by Marie, who is nothing short of incredible. Not only does she do all my injectables but dissolved some of my filler that had started to migrate and helped me create a treatment plan to correct that area with better, more appropriate solutions. My skin has never looked better! The entire staff at Catalia is warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. They also have one of the best inventories of hair-care products in the city. In short, Avi is the goose that laid the golden egg, and I would follow him anywhere!

WOW! This place is an absolute gem. I happened upon a Groupon for this spot so I decided to give them a try and I am so happy I did. The facilities are newly renovated and absolutely gorgeous; 3 floors. I haven’t been having the best luck lately with gel manicures; they’ve been bubbly instead of smooth but that was not the case today. Julia and Yesenia did an AMAZING job. The service was truly first class all around. They were attentive, friendly, and meticulous in their work. I didn’t get to try it out (yet) but one of the floors features a full service spa complete with massage rooms, sauna, whirlpool, and wax and facials. Truly a one stop shop that clearly takes pride in their work and the services they provide. Thank you so much for a fabulous first experience, I will definitely be back!

Wanted to do something special for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day so I booked us a couples massage as well as private jacuzzi! The whole experience from arrival to leaving was top notch. Our coats were hung up & we were shown the lockers to get into robes & slippers. Once ready, we were taken to the room with the massage tables & jacuzzi. I’d never gotten a Swedish massage, but would highly recommend as it was relatively gentle. They also gave us complimentary wine & chocolates for jacuzzi. Tons of privacy. Will definitely return for special occasions!

Very talented professionals and a warm, friendly, relaxed environment! I brought my daughters for hair and makeup mini makeovers before the Descendants and Zombies Worlds Collide tour at MSG and couldn't have been happier! Their hair and makeup came out amazing and everyone was so nice and welcoming! Highly recommend!

I booked for a balayage with my Licensed to Glow membership and couldn’t be happier with the results. I came in with a longer pixie that had been getting a double process and wanted to add some dimensions for a more natural look. Ghizlane knew exactly what I wanted, despite the english/italian language barrier and I could not be more impressed with how well she delivered.

We purchased the groupon for the couple massage and 1 hour jacuzzi and it was amazing. The place is clean and cozy. I like that they space out the appointment so its quiet and peaceful. The entire spa area is huge! It's like am underground hidden gem. I would highly recommend the massage and private hot tub. There is also a sauna in the private room. My only compliant was the massage room was cooler than normal but once we hit the hot water it was fine. I live an hour away and would definitely recommend and be back! Thank you rose and entire team.

The space was amazing and we were treated like royalty from the time we entered the door. Melissa & Judy were spectacular with the massages! My wife & I loved our couple’s massages and will return in a month. Rosie is the bubbly personality at the front desk and she makes the experience one of a kind. Catalia is a top notch establishment. 💯💯💯💯💯

Purchased the couples package, 50 minute massage & jacuzzi. My partner is trans & I was a little nervous about how we would be perceived, but once Sofia realized what we needed, we were encouraged to share our same-gender dressing room and we felt welcomed & supported. The massages were attentive and rejuvenating! Thank you so much Sofia.
