The entire process was painless, with no bruising at all—which was a first for me. I also got on a plane a few hours later for a flight home to Florida-and had no swelling or pain. Nurse Lynn is amazing! She always knows exactly what to do to perfect your facial features while looking like you didn’t have anything done. I completely trust her to do what’s best anytime I go in and she will even deter me from getting unnecessary services I ask about, so I know she isn’t just there to sell me more. On my most recent visit we did botox around my forehead and lip/chin/under eye/cheek filler.

I have only great things to say about Nurse Lynn and the entire Center Aesthetic & Dermatology team. I came to the Center seeking treatment for my rosacea, feeling pretty frustrated after struggling to manage it on my own. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by friendly, respectful staff, offered cucumber water, and guided through taking before photos. I felt comfortable the entire time. When I first met Nurse Lynn and shared my concerns, she was both optimistic and honest—setting realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. She explained the process thoroughly every step of the way. I received the Excel V laser treatment and noticed a real difference after just the first session—reduced symptoms and a more even skin tone. By the fourth session, my skin was back to baseline. I can’t express how incredible it feels to have my skin back! I’m so grateful to Nurse Lynn for her expertise—she truly delivered on everything she promised.

I had a CO2 laser treatment done here and the results were kind of underwhelming, but that’s whatever because I’m well aware that real skincare is a long game and I wasn’t expecting a miracle. The thing that irritated me is that they upsold me on zapping about a dozen tiny sebaceous hyperplasia as an add on because apparently the CO2 I was already paying a few thousand for doesn’t effectively target these? Yeah I don’t know. It cost an extra $1000, even though it took about 3 minutes to do. I accepted the premise that treating these separately would yield a slightly better result and I wasn’t going to risk paying for a deep laser and walking out bumpy, so I agreed to it, but I felt that price was exploitative. I never said anything because what would I say, but I still feel taken advantage of and for that reason I wouldn’t go back there.
