I’ve had a nice experience at an initial appointment at this practice and multiple virtual follow-ups with Dr. Ginsberg from this practice. The ease of communication, appointment scheduling, and gentle, caring approach taken was appreciated for my dermatology needs.

Would recommend! I was in desperate shape and they scheduled a virtual appointment with me on short notice and were quick to give me the exact medication I needed. They told me I would see improvement within one dose and they were correct.

Do not touch at all costs. I am pregnant and looking for security in my choice of skincare options. I wasn’t asked for images prior to my consultation and believe that would have avoided my $500 5 minute appointment where I was told my issue wasn’t that bad and to purchase a $9 product from a pharmacy or Amazon. An absolute rip off.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ginsberg for about 8 years now, and he’s honestly the best. He caught a small melanoma early and quickly got me scheduled to take care of it, which I’m so grateful for. Because of my medical history, I still get a little anxious going into appointments, but he always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. He’s kind, personable, and has such great bedside manner. I truly trust him and plan to keep seeing him for the long run!

I have been seeing Dr. Ginsberg for about 5 years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my care. He is an excellent dermatologist with exceptional bedside manner. The office is very clean, modern, and well-maintained. Appointments start promptly with minimal waiting time. If you’re looking for a dermatologist, this is definitely the place to go.

I really liked it. Dr Brian was recommending when I was figuring out a dermatologist to choose. First visit and didn't feel rushed as I had with other dermatologists previously. Wasn’t trying to push any products or procedures on me. Good advice too.

As anyone should, I used Google to pull up options (although my PCP at Sullivan Medical Midtown would have recommended someone). I didn't need aesthetic dermatology. I needed an annual skin exam. I also haven't had, and hoped, that I wouldn't need, medical skin care. I felt completely comfortable with what I read about Chelsea Skin & Laser. I arrived an hour early because I had traveled from Orange County. I was taken into the exam room early. The tech assistant was an good humoured, and professional. The doctor himself couldn't have been more friendly, and professional. If you are in need of basic care- I write this because, again, that's why I chose them- book your appointment now.

Dr. Ginsberg was fantastic! He was very professional and personable. A terrific combination that makes people feel both at ease and comfortable. Bottom line, a great experience and Chelsea Skin & Laser is highly recommend. Rosario Russell Ruggiero
