Horrible “concierge” staff. I was trying to give this place a shot after my other doctor retired. It is very difficult to call them on the phone. I’m not sure what would happen if there was some emergency or reaction. I made an appointment yesterday for 6:30pm. Mind you, it was pouring down freezing rain all day. Right after they call me back and ask if I can come in 45 min earlier so I rush around and I do, just for them to make me wait over the 45 minutes!! Why did they ask me to rush from work in the horrible weather to wait for so long?? This is unacceptable. I was assured that the manager would call me back but he hasn’t. There’s too much competition in this town for this to accept behavior like this. Never again!

I saw Andrea H for a hydra facial on Friday. I couldn't be happier! She has a very warm and engaging personality and she did a great job. My skin looks and feels amazing! The following day, on Saturday, I saw Andrea E for lip filler. She also did a lovely job. She was extremely professional and addressed my questions. It was overall a very good experience!

So I’m really dissappointed in this place. For a few reasons. I had a gift card and I booked an appointment with Tracy actually because of her Google reviews for fresh Botox. When we talked I said I wanted super a natural look, not that much, and I gave her a price limit that I didn’t want to spend more than. During the appointment was fine, and then after the price was actually $150 more than she quoted me. She claimed it was for “taxes” but actually she just overpromised. So then after the appointment almost 2 weeks have gone by and I’m SO unhappy. My face is frozen solid. It’s no wonder the price was over because she put in WAY too much. And now I’ve been trying to reach out because they said I could for adjustments- DEAD silence. Funny how that works when you make an appointment and they text and email you 20 times per day and you have a serious issue and no one responds. Anyways this place is way overpriced. Doubt I’ll be returning and honestly everyone I know is happy at Peachy so just do your Botox there.

I’ve been seeing Janna and she is great! I’ve been coming for 1.5 years and won’t see anyone else. She takes time to talk you through the services and is very patient and gentle. Would definitely recommend!

janna is the absolute best!!!!! 100% recommend coming here. ive been coming here to get jaw botox for my tmj and its the best. nothing has helped besides this. also janna is so knowledgeable, kind, patient, gentle, and skilled. i picked her after consulting with other 6 different medspas for botox. shes the best. i would highly recommend to anyone!!

I read some reviews here and was recommended to go to Tracy and I can't recommend her enough! She is so informative and thorough. She explains the process, possible risks, and makes sure to answer any and all questions you may have. All of my treatments have gone so well and look incredibly natural. It's still myself but with some added sparkle! I never thought I would be able to feel the confidence I have now with some very minor and natural adjustments.
