I had a really great experience at this dermatology office from the start. Dr. Seidenberg and the whole team are super warm, professional, and really knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken good care of. The front desk staff is friendly and pretty quick, so checking in wasn’t stressful at all. Dr. Seidenberg took time to listen to all my concerns and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Their attention to detail made me feel at ease, and the exam was thorough but also gentle. I never felt rushed, which I really appreciate. The office is very clean and feels modern, and everything seemed really organized, which honestly made me feel even more comfortable. I also liked that they followed up with me after my visit because it shows they really care. I’m honestly so glad I found this dermatology office, and I definitely recommend Dr. Seidenberg and the whole team to anyone looking for caring service and great results.

Dr. Bae is fantastic! She is an expert on injectables and always gives a natural beautiful result. She and her staff are caring and supportive in answering any questions and concerns before and after the procedure. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience for my Fraxel laser treatment. I went in for a consultation and was able to have the Fraxel done the same day, which was a huge plus. The provider thoroughly explained the treatment, expected results, and all costs upfront, so everything was very clear with no surprises. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I also loved that they include a complimentary facial that can be scheduled a few days later to support healing and results. Highly recommend this office for Fraxel and laser treatments.

Dr. Bae is amazing, so brilliant and excellent at the MOHS surgery. Michelle, the lab tech was painless and expert at giving the lidocaine shots. The experience was effortless and successful. Dr. Hoffman did a fantastic job with the plastic surgery and I felt so taken care of during my time at the Surgery Center.

Came for a general derm visit. Easy to get a last minute appointment by phone. The insurance verification process went well. Nice staff, quick waiting room process. Dr Seidenberg was pleasant, clear, knowledgeable and spent time with the patient. He did not try to oversell (like many other dermatologists ) - I’ll go back (assuming the billing process goes well.)

Dr. Susan Seo is absolutely great as well as the rest of the staff that helped me up until my checkup(All Smiles)! She was very good at explaining my diagnoses and led me to feel comfortable to ask questions and understand my treatment. Would 100% recommend!

I always have a very positive experience at Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York. The office staff is pleasant, professional, and polite. The office is well run, clean, and comfortable. I am always taken on time. I love Dr Bernstein! He explains everything in a cheerful and reassuring manner and has made amazing progress removing a birthmark that is very close to my eye. I highly recommend this office!

Dr Bernstein was pleasant and knows what he is doing. I did not wait long after filling out my new patient form at the reception area. I was greeted with respect and a smile. Everything was explained. I would recommend this place ten times out of ten. I was in and out of a simple surgery procedure in less than ten minutes and on my way.
