Very great business. Staff is very sweet. The environment is calm and clean. They answer any questions you may have and always want to be updated on how you and the skin is doing during, after, and all throughout the recovery process. Black and brown skin friendly! After the first session, my hair barely grew back. Amazing. 110% recommend.

The laser works decently well, but Shelley lacks true understanding of acne and its related causes, and can be at times unprofessional (forgetting the treatment plan for you, raising her voice unnecessarily when you ask questions about the treatment). She forced skincare products on me even after I told her how sensitive I was to new skincare, and the products only worsened my breakouts, essentially cancelling out the positive effect of the laser. I stopped these using these products 2 months into treatment, and the breakouts almost immediately stopped. If you have true acne issues, see a dermatologist and a GI doctor, do not come here unless you have great skin and simply want a little laser touch up (the laser technician is pretty good).

After a couple of sessions of the laser treatments and brightening, the itchiness improved significantly. The exosome therapy has also helped with the full-body discoloration caused by the long-term issues I had with my skin. Since starting treatments, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement. My skin looks clearer, healthier, and more healed than it has in years. Beyond the results, the care and attention they provide made a huge difference in my experience. I always was being walked through the process and had thorough explanations for every step and post care. I could call and text anytime with any skin outbreaks, recommendations and check -ins for all post treatment. If you’re dealing with stubborn skin issues and feel like you’ve tried everything, I truly recommend giving them a chance.

Shelley was great! At our first session, she diagnosed my skin type and gave me new products that wouldnt irritate my skin. They worked well in combination with the ADVAT laser treatment I recieved. She is a true pro and your skin is in good hands! Would highly recommend for acne cases that dont seem to respond well to other treatments.

I’ve been going to Le Parlour for over a year for bikini/underarm laser hair removal + brightening, and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I started because I was getting really bad ingrown hairs from shaving/waxing, and this completely helped my skin while removing the hair. I love the results for the price.
