I had the BEST experience at Lexington Aesthetics! Not only was everyone here so knowledgeable and helpful, but the office was filled with the most fun, kind-hearted, and welcoming staff. I will hands-down be returning and recommending this place to anyone and everyone interested in their services!

I came in with really uncomfortable pressure in my ear that had been bothering me for days, and the experience at Lexington Aesthetics was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel heard, cared for, and completely at ease. They took the time to really listen to what I was experiencing and explained everything clearly, which made such a difference. The treatment helped relieve the pressure and I left feeling so much better — honestly, like a huge weight had been lifted. The space is beautiful, the energy is calm and welcoming, and the level of professionalism is top-tier. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and their results. I had a wonderful experience with Rian and April, doing PRP for hair loss. I intend to go back for a face peel and some maintenance Botox. What a laid back and cool vibe, and highly competitive prices. Strongly suggest.

The best to ever to do it. Rian makes the whole process from beginning to end not only comfortable but enjoyable. The office is extremely clean and professional. The prices are extremely fair. From the moment I walked in, I felt a calming energy as well as being cared for and at ease. The entire experience was truly incredible. Rian is not only extremely talented, but also so kind, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. Every step was explained with care, and I felt completely comfortable and supported throughout my visit. She treated my forehead, crow’s feet, and bunny lines with Botox, and used RHA filler in the cheeks, lips, and chin: designed to move naturally with your face for a soft, refined, ‘you but better’ result!!! Everything was done with such precision and intention; it never felt overdone, just beautifully balanced, natural, and refined. I caught my reflection afterward and genuinely thought, “Who is that girl?” Even with a little swelling and bruising, I felt beautiful, confident, and glowing. This truly speaks to the level of skill and artistry at this practice. I will absolutely be coming back for many years to come as they help me rewind the aging clock (lol).
