It honestly felt like being at home. Surgery can be such a vulnerable and scary experience, especially since this was my first time ever having a procedure, and I was awake for it. They constantly checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I was okay and comfortable, which meant so much. Before, during, and after the surgery they were attentive, reassuring, and genuinely kind. I never felt like just another patient. Because of how supportive and professional they were, the entire experience was so much better than I expected. I truly felt safe in their hands. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a procedure, and because of them I wouldn’t even hesitate to do it again if I needed to.
