Dr. Lisa and her staff were truly outstanding. As the husband of a patient, I was deeply grateful to witness the way everything was handled with order, cleanliness, transparency, and the highest level of professionalism. From the very beginning, I admit I carried some skepticism, largely because of the negative stories we had heard about similar medical experiences elsewhere. However, as we walked through each stage of the process, my perspective changed completely. What stood out most was the genuine care and meticulous attention to detail demonstrated not only by Dr. Lisa herself but also by her entire team. Their patience, compassion, and willingness to answer every question reassured us and brought a sense of peace during what could have otherwise been a very stressful time. My wife, who had spent months diligently researching and praying for the right surgeon, was convinced that finding Dr. Lisa was truly a blessing from God—and I wholeheartedly agree. If we had to point out one area of opportunity, it would be that a front desk staff member or medical assistant might benefit from further bedside manner training. While this was a small observation in the midst of an overwhelmingly positive experience, improving this aspect could help ensure that every patient interaction reflects the same level of excellence we saw throughout the rest of the office. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience. My wife and I left not only satisfied but also reassured that we were in the hands of a skilled, compassionate, and God-sent surgeon. We cannot thank Dr. Lisa and her team enough for the care they provided.
