lanee johnson review for Emory Aesthetic Center

Had a appointment in March, scheduled for surgery June 3rd. Was told they would send info to insurance 30 days before surgery date which would have been May 3rd. I said ok. Got a call a week before surgery and was told to stop taking all my supplements to prepare for surgery. Mind you I kept checking with them to see the progress after the date of May 3rd. I was always told we have no update. My information was not sent to insurance company until May 29 which was a thursday and insurance denied it on that Monday. Surgery was scheduled for the next day. I called insurance company and they said based on info from your doctor it is not medical nesserary, and to check with them on the information they sent. Also if i feel the decision was wrong have the doctor to call and appeal it. The doctors office said I had to appeal it myself, and I can't reschedule it because the doctor I was scheduled with is leaving the company. I was never told she was leaving. All these months went by and waiting for nothing.
