I have had a very high-quality, comfortable experience here. The laser technician is friendly and knowledgeable. I also can appreciate that the laser used also comes with a fan so that when the heat is being applied, the fan immediately cools the area down. It makes it much less painful. I actually had laser hair removal done in Abu Dhabi several years back (I lived there). They did not have a fan and it hurt MUCH worse! I can already tell after my second session that hair growth has slowed tremendously. I highly recommend their service!

1st laser session in the books. The technician/owner did a great job prepping and putting me at ease. It was very clean and overall a great experience! Don’t think twice about getting laser services here.

I was so nervous about getting laser hair removal for the first time but Monti and Alexis have always been super welcoming and comforting. They made my first experience easy! Results are great as long as you follow the procedures and book accordingly. Making an appointment online is simple and efficient. I’ve had to make some reschedules a few times but they have always been very accommodating and communication is quick. I’ve already recommended a few friends here and will continue to do so! I tried two other laser businesses before settling (for good) at Laser Flavor. When I say the service is top notch, I truly mean it. My appointments start with a casual check-in on progress to gauge whether we should up the power for the session and the attention to my comfort is never lacking! I’ve recommended tons of people come here so I felt compelled to leave a review as well! 10/10!

Customer service is terrible - I called and left voicemails multiple times to try and schedule an appointment. Finally received text instructions. The booking process itself was not simple, and I guess I accidentally booked a service instead of a consultation like I intended to. Had the appointment for over a week, had already received several reminders emails and texts from the business and made other plans around the appointment, then morning-of, received an email that just said "appointment cancelled. Consultation required as stated on our website." I replied to the email that I was intending to book a consultation and to please honor the appointment time. No response. I was really surprised at the abrupt and impersonal communication, especially in a customer facing industry. The focus on making clients follow all the technicalities correctly instead of helping clients book appointments here reminded me of something like the DMV, not a beauty service.

I came for Laser hair removal services and this was such an amazing experience. The aesthetic was so chic and clean, high quality services and Monti was so professional and informative on my service and after care! I will definitely recommend Laser Flavor and will be back!
